Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally praised as clean in multiple reviews (e.g., 'Limpo', 'limpieza en general'), though some mentions of bathroom needing attention.
Service
6.4
Mixed: several positive notes about helpful staff (e.g., receptionist Vilson, 'funcionários incríveis'), but serious complaints about absent night reception, poor handling of a theft incident and unfriendly responses.
Location
8.7
Consistently highlighted as a strong point — close to attractions, shopping and airport; many guests cited location as a reason to choose the hotel.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed room condition: comfortable beds and spacious rooms noted, but issues reported such as old TVs, worn carpet and furniture, and bathroom problems.
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast and basic amenities were appreciated by guests, but malfunctioning TVs, parking/security gaps and some dated elements reduce the score.
Value for Money
6
Mixed to negative: some guests called it good value, but reports of extra charges (parking, unexpected fees, overcharge at check-in) and a severe security incident harmed perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfasts were repeatedly described as good and varied ('desayunos me parecieron muy buenos'), a clear positive in reviews.
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall mixed experience: convenient location, clean rooms and friendly staff in many cases, but serious negatives around security, reception availability and some maintenance issues.

Pros:
