la ubicación es muy buena; no tuve la oportunidad de nadar en la piscina por tiempo y compromisos. La vista del restaurante es bellísima y su comida es buena.

Pros:

Muy bonitas las instalaciones, muy limpias y espaciosas. Me gustaron las áreas comunes, muy cómodas también. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Solo para tenerlo en cuenta, todas las habitaciones están en otro piso, por lo que hay que subir y bajar escalones cada vez, para llegar al cuarto, al restaurante, etc. Sería difícil para personas con poca movilidad. Igual, todo Taxco es así.

La recepcionista aparentemente amable, pero no asigna las habitaciones con las características solicitadas, anuncian habitaciones con aire acondicionado y te encuentras con un ventilador que no sirve, al reportar, indica que no incluye aire, que esas tienen otro costó, pague la diferencia y tampoco servía.

Solicite nuevamente cambio de habitación y me dieron una una habitación super pequeña, sin frigobar y lo peor por el mismo precio.

No lo recomiendo, alberca con agua color verde.

Pros:

El restaurante tiene salsas deliciosas, una vista impresionante del pueblo. Instalaciones cómodas y personal muy atento.

Cons:

La señal del internet no era muy buena. No tienen aire acondicionado. Algunos junior suite no tienen balcón.

Pros:

La ubicacion, la vista panoramica, centrico y amplias habitaciones. Por eso decidimos quedarnos 2 noches mas . Le obsequiaron pastel a mi esposo por su cumpleaños

El internet falla, nos conectabamos para trabajar y no habia señal en la habitacion y en areas comunes falla mucho .
No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, la central de autobuses a dos calles para ir a destinos turísticos, el zócalo y centro, así como el tianguis de la plata.
