Maravillosa experiencia con gastronomía deliciosa y vistas espectaculares
Pros:

La habitación asignada contaba con balcón, algo que se agradece mucho por la vista y el ambiente tan agradable que ofrece. Tanto los desayunos como la comida a la carta ¡tienen una sazón increíble! no por nada, se llena el lugar

Cons:

Como área de mejora, sugeriría revisar el drenaje o la caída del agua de los balcones superiores, ya que resulta incómodo que el agua caiga sobre quienes estamos utilizando nuestro balcón.
El paquete incluía desayuno. La opción disponible correspondía a un desayuno americano básico. Consideramos que una mayor variedad de alimentos (tipo buffete) enriquecería la experiencia de los huéspedes y la haría más competitiva frente a otras alternativas de hospedaje.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos muy agradables hasta el zócalo de la ciudad donde se pueden apreciar hermosas vistas y terrazas.

Cons:

Hay un ruido en medio de la noche de tuberías, no sabía si era la lluvia o una planta para subir el agua pero sonaba mucho y nos despertó en medio de la noche dos veces

Excelente estilo artesanal colonial y moderno... Una terraza con excelente vista de Taxco... Buena comida y muy buena atención del restaurante

Cons:

Somos personas de la tercera edad y las escaleras son largas e incómodas... Ni había personal de ayuda a nuestra llegada y nos fue muy difícil bajar las maletas
