この味では２度と行かん
Pros:

玉ねぎが辛くなかった

Cons:

料理が全て冷めきっていてただ並べてあるという感じ
コーヒーマシンが最低
大風呂がお湯が止まってドバドバ出る源泉掛け流しにしてもらいたい
お湯に勢いが無い

ロケーションは最高でも　快適さはイマイチ
Pros:

空港リムジンのバスターミナルに送迎バスが定期便でいるので　繁華街や駅から離れていても良かった
桜島が正面に見えて　ロケーションが良い

Cons:

部屋に用意されているコーヒーカップが小さくて　お茶やコーヒーの量と合わないので　ティーパックなどに合うカップを用意して欲しい

朝食会場のカップも小さいので何度かおかわりしなければいけなかった
ベットの質が良くないし　クーラーの音がうるさい

Pros:

鹿児島市内に近い。
ホテルのおもてなしがとても感じられました。
食事は、魚介類が新鮮で、地元の食材が多く考えられていました。おしゃれなお酒のつまみ感溢れる素晴らしいものでした。

Cons:

私達が利用した日は、天気が悪くて、せっかくお風呂も部屋からも桜島が見えるはずだったのに、残念な結果になりました。でも、それ以上に、ホテルのおもてなしが感じられる、素晴らしいホテルでした。大体のホテルは、良くても、もう、おしまいが多いけれど、桜島が見えなかったことにより、どーしてももう一回桜島がこの場所で見たい❣️と、思いました。

Old style hotel with beautiful views
Pros:

The hotel has a unique feeling to it. Like stepping back in time.
The facilities are great; shuttle bus to the station and tenmonkan, an onsen and a buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. The view of Sakurajima from the upper floor was also exceptional.

Cons:

The room was a little dated but that could be a plus
There was a little wait for breakfast but this was communicated to me the day before
