桜島が目の前で、独り占めしているような景色
Pros:

朝食バイキングがとても良かった。
きびなごの刺身、さつま汁、さつま揚げ、鶏飯、黒豚など鹿児島名物が名物が全て堪能でき、大満足だった。
3000円を出す価値はあった。
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切だった。

鹿児島で泊まるなら迷わずこのホテルだと思います！
Pros:

大浴場からの桜島ビューは最高！
部屋からも朝、ダイヤモンド桜島が見え感動しました！
スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。
ホテルの周りには飲食店や買い物出来るお店が多数。
駐車場もホテル併設ありでスムーズに駐車出来文句無しです。

Onsen petits par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel.
Très grand hôtel il y a 30 ou 40 ans mais dont la rénovation semble laisser de côté...

桜島と錦江湾を楽しむことができ、最高の滞在でした。
Pros:

スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティーがすばらしいです。中央駅や天文館からは少し離れていますが、市営バスが30分ごとに走っており、不便は感じません。

良くも悪くも安定している
Pros:

温泉は良かった。朝食も美味しかった。朝食スタッフの方は年配の方が多くて頑張っていらして良かった。

Cons:

ベッドメイクはだいぶ適当で、見た目悪かった。入室時の印象が悪くなるので改善が必要。冷蔵庫も電源が入っていないので、冷える迄に時間がかかるので、予約が入っている部屋は電源を入れておいて欲しい。
