Excellent beach location! Warm staff. Yummy breakfast.
Pros:

Terrific, practical location. Great breakfast with crusty French bread. Very warm helpful staff. Pretty views. When we were awakened several times by drunk neighbors and called the Front Desk, they responded. Finally after 4 requests, the drunks quieted down.

Cons:

Provide a small shelf in the shower for our shower supplies. Supply a small fridge.

Be more detailed and specific about how to get to the parking. We had to pay for a public lot and then shlep our suitcases a ways to the hotel, only then finding out out how to specifically park in front using a code to lower the barriers. This would have been handy to know in advance.

Hôtel cosy à deux pas de la plage
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal : littéralement à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable, toujours à l'écoute des demandes des clients. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, rien à redire.
La réception ferme à 22h30, mais il est toujours possible de joindre quelqu'un en cas de problème.

Cons:

L'accès en voiture peut parfois être compliqué (affluence, rues étroites à sens unique, stationnements gênants, etc.).

Hotel mit guter Lage aber trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage zum Meer war gut, in 150m war der Strand erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an der Strandpromenade, die Umgebung ist von früh morgens 6.00 Uhr durch Reinigungsfahrzeuge bis Nachts 01:00 Uhr durch Musik und Bars unangenehm laut. Das Hotel hat keine Kühlschränke im Zimmer, die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und lieblos. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen und völlig überteuert. Der Meerblick an der Front ist nicht möglich da ein Haus davor steht.
Die Parkplätze stehen sporadisch zur Verfügung, die Fahrzeuge werden aber durch Baumharz und Möwen täglich verschmutzt.

Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné, trop peu et des viennoiseries de la veille. Le parking, seulement 8 places. La chambre, la moquette il faut arrêter, c’est pas hygiénique du tout. Deux étages sans ascenseur, super pour les gens à mobilité réduite.

Accés à la plage et aux rues pietonnes a moins de 2 minutes, par contre l'établissement à besoin d'un bon coup de fraicheur, et un ascensseur serait un plus. Le parking est trés petit, mais des solutions de parking sont possibles à proximité.
