Multiple complaints about small rooms, poor finishing/cheap materials, glass bathroom door (privacy issue), limited seating (one sofa) and noise problems; some rooms reportedly had windows/noise cancellation issues.
Amenities
1
Rooms include appliances (washer, microwave, kettle, fridge) and valet/lobby praised, but guests noted lack of coffee at the coffee corner and no dedicated prayer room; mixed overall.

Several negative notes about restaurant and breakfast quality (simple/basic breakfast, food reheated during Ramadan, overall food not up to expectations).
