Prima verblijf voor korte periode voor een low budget prijs.
Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit is prima. Goedkoop overnachten en ontbijt (indien voorradig) wordt op verzoek gemaakt en gebracht.
De locatie is super, in Zona Colonial, El Conde (winkelstraat) Parque Independencia.

Cons:

Het gebouw is al wat ouder natuurlijk, maar niet minder leuk. De kamer die ik toegewezen kreeg had best wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en zag er wat "poor" uit. Badkamer idem. Onderhoud is hier niet het juiste woord, maar vernieuwen/renoveren past beter.

Todo nos gustó: amabilidad,céntrico, rico desayuno, limpieza de la habitación, buen tamaño, tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador, parecía un minidepartamento! Hasta frigobar/pequeña refrigeradora. Excelente! En cada piso tenía dispensador de agua para tomar a cualquier hora.Excelente ubicación: cerca a la avenida El conde ( calle peatonal),lugares para comprar ,tomar,comer ("Chicharrón Light", riquísimo). En hotel estaba casi al medio: entre la zona colonial (catedral primado) y el malecón (obelisco Santo Domingo).Una "bodega" para comprar (se llama "colmado" en República Dominicana) en el primer nivel,al lado del hotel ( el señor Pedro muy amable para vender).Finalmente, todo el personal A1, destacando a Renzo (recepción), Odeysi(desayuno) y Beatriz (limpieza).

Cons:

Todo nos gustó. Tal vez que justo la piscina en la terraza estaban limpiando y ya no pudimos usar. La próxima será!
