Eine Übernachtungssteuer doppelt bezahlen zu müssen ist inakzeptabel!

Optimale Lage zum Zentrum

Cons:

Obwohl die Übernachtungssteuer (12,52€) über booking.com bereits bezahlt war, musste ich sie erneut bezahlen mit dem Hinweis, ich solle sie mir bei booking.com zurückholen! Nur sehe ich keine Möglichkeit, wie ich booking.com diesbezüglich erreichen kann!!??

Nice stay. Friendly staff
Pros:

Massive room. Toiletries were a nice touch. Fridge was useful. Breakfast was nice

Cons:

There was nowhere for the shower head to be over head. So had to hold it.
The windows let in a lot of sound. Being on the side near the hospital this was quite disturbing

Pros:

The room was fine. It served the purpose of a place for me to stay for the night. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Parking was an extra 20 euros, and it was a little of a struggle to figure out where to park without parking on side street and trying to find reception. The hotel was about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the town centre. It also is located next to a hospital.

Ich musste, obwohl Bezahlung der Übernachtungssteuer von 12,52 € bei booking.com nachgewiesen wurde, diese erneut im Hotel bezahlen! Ich bitte um Rückerstattung!

Pros:

Las empleadas de la recepción fueron muy amables, la cama muy cómoda y el espacio de la habitación correcto.

Cons:

El ruido de la maquinaria del hospital de al lado, el servicio de limpieza ya que se les olvidaba reponer las toallas y el papel, poca limpieza, camas mal hechas. La ducha pierde agua por la mampara. El desayuno pobre y el espacio del comedor pequeño.

Cons:

A truly disappointing hotel experience that would not be recommended to anyone.
First of all, the hotel is located right next to a hospital, so every time guests enter or leave the property, they are faced with large queues of patients, nurses, and hospital staff. The overall outdoor environment feels unpleasant and far from welcoming.
The reception service was also very poor. Guests had to wait 5–10 minutes before finding a staff member available to assist them.
Cleanliness was another major issue. The main carpet in the lobby was full of stains and dirt, creating a terrible first impression. In addition, the room was located directly in front of some kind of reimbursement or administrative area, resulting in constant noise throughout the stay.
The breakfast was among the worst experienced in any hotel. There were barely any choices available, and the few options left were not tasty at all.
Another unpleasant surprise was the parking fee. It was never clearly mentioned that parking had to be paid separately, resulting in a charge of €35 for just 24 hours.
Overall, this was an awful experience and a complete disappointment. Definitely not a place worth booking. Honestly, it is surprising to see so many positive reviews, because this place does not deserve even one good rating.

Pros:

リュブリャナ駅から徒歩分かりやすく、敵ほどの距離に有り、近くに大型スーパー有り便利だった。

Cons:

客室にコップ、湯沸ポットなく、コーヒを室内で楽しめ無かった。ホテル玄関は23時以降は
無人で、暗証コードで開けるとチェックインの際説明があったが、外出して９時pm過ぎにホテルに戻ったところホテル玄関が閉まっており、入るのに困った。たまたま同じホテル利用がこられ一緒に入られた。
朝食の中身は低く楽しめ無かった。
