Bellissimo soggiorno! Stiamo già organizzando il nostro ritorno!
Pros:

Spa bellissima! In pieno centro. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, con un bel terrazzo. La colazione era molto fornita e tutto molto buono. Anche la cena è stata molto apprezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il garage e la possibilità di ricaricare l’auto elettrica.

Our experience was outstanding.

We have never encountered such an exceptional level of service.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and impeccably maintained. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious.

The staff are warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Herzen von Kastelruth, mit eigener Tiefgarage und wunderschönem Skypool inklusive Blick auf die Kirche.

Das Essen ist herausragend. Der Koch hat wahrlich einen Stern verdient. Jedes Gericht ein Kunstwerk voller Genuss.

Cons:

Unter den Kellnern herrschte etwas Chaos... falsche Bestellungen, verlorene Dinnerkarten, etc. Aber trotzdem waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hundeerlaubnis im Speisesaal. Hundebesitzer halten sich nicht an Regeln.

Pros:

Struttura nel pieno centro di Castelrotto, l'hotel è decisamente molto bello, tutto è curato e pulito, ottima la mezza pensione, il personale di sala è da 10 e lode, Marco ci ha coccolati. Parcheggio interrato, Spa veramente bella, insomma tutto TOP!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa, a mio giudizio bisognerebbe vietare l'accesso ai bambini in tutta l'aerea SPA, piscina e idromassaggio inclusi, il luogo è dedicato al relax e avere piccoli urlanti è veramente poco piacevole.

This hotel is amazing- highly recommend
Pros:

Hotel Lamm was beyond expectations. The food was above amazing, especially the gluten free. Gianluca ran an amazing restaurant and nothing was too much trouble. His staff especially Andrea made us feel so welcome and special. Our room was large & had an amazing view. The hotel was spotless, it had a large well equipped gym and the pool and wellness area was great. The bar also went outside to a cute little piazza.
