One of the best stays I’ve had in Tamil Nadu! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of the staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome.

A special thank you to Varsha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided outstanding hospitality, making the entire check-in process smooth and ensuring all our needs were taken care of throughout our visit.

I’d also like to thank Mr. Ramachandran, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful with our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, and made a wonderful first impression with his kindness and professionalism.

The excellent service, genuine hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay at JC Residency Madurai truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

The front desk check-in process was organized and professional. The staff me.akash were courteous, verified my reservation quickly, and explained the hotel facilities clearly. The only area for improvement would be reducing wait times during busy periods and offering a faster digital check-in option. Overall, it was a pleasant and welcoming experience.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Super friendly, helpful staff. They helped me get taxis, arrange visits to a hair salon, a guide for the Mrenakshi temple. The restaurant made special "zero spice" food for me since i.m unable to tolerate chili peppers. I will be back soon!

Excellent stay! I can't think of any other hotel in Madurai. JC will continue to be my first choice.
Cons:

Some of the breakfast items appeared quite oily, particularly the peanuts and baked vegetables. Please consider reducing the oil content by at least one-third to make them healthier.

Beautiful rooms with amazing stay and wonderful staff
Pros:

Amazing rooms, spacious, food was tasty with lot of options. Staff is collaborative and supportive and always smiling to extend help wherever needed.
