It is a great value for the money and was a total relaxing experience.

Excellent but for the deficiencies pointed out.
Pros:

Nice Hotel. Great check in. Early check in late checkout. Ambience excellent. Staff friendly. Bathroom water stagnation. Restaurant take extremely long to serve. Room Service was ordinary, in terms of time. Otherwise excellent stay. The expectations at the price point was lower.

A 3 star that needed a deep clean
Pros:

The artwork, furnishing and exhibits in the common areas were well done. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were fantastic! The bed was comfortable. My laundry came back perfectly.

Cons:

The filthy glass in the windows and furnishings in the lobby and other common areas. Housekeeping had to be watched. 2 of my pillows were so gross I asked them to be replaced; same with the mattress pad. I had to ask for hand towels and water repeatedly.

Pros:

Their Restaurant YAAZ , Mutton Biryani is worth a visit though and the restaurant staff including Mr Arun and other staff were very courteous.

Cons:

There rooms are big but suffocating as AC doesn't work. Everything you ask them them will say NO. Not worth the visit. Too expensive for the price
