Konumu mükemmel. En güzel muhitte, Kö'ye yakın, her yer yürüme mesafesinde, odalar temiz ve modern. Çalışanlar hep yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Kahvaltısı ise 5 yıldızlı oteller gibi. Güvenli. Tekrar mutlaka gelicez. Frank'e de extra teşekkür ediyoruz.

Uns hat es gefallen
Pros:

Bereits zum zweiten Mal dieses Hotel für eine Nacht reserviert und jedes Mal einen überaus motivierten und freundlichen Empfangsmitarbeiter erlebt. Wir konnten das Zimmer bereits am frühen Nachmittag beziehen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück möchten wir lobend erwähnen, keine Wünsche blieben offen, und auch hier trafen wir auf sehr kundenorientiertes Personal, das extra für uns auf dem Balkon eingedeckt hat. Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Stadt, vom Parkhaus Schadow Arkaden ist das Hotel fussläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir auch bei unserer zweiten Übernachtung in diesem Hotel kein einziges ARD Programm empfangen, und das nun blöderweise zur Fussball WM :((.
