We had a restful stay to finish our road trip from Perth to Broome. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we signed in

The unit was great and staff very cheerful and very helpful.

Very quiet complex.
and a close walk to Cable Beach and to get a drink.

Bus stop outside complex made travel around easy.

Cons:

The larger pool was very cold and not comfortable to swim in.

Needs a major refurb
Pros:

Staff were fantastic - from reception to maintenance to housekeeping. All were responsive and helpful

Cons:

Very poor maintenance of rooms. All looks of poor quality and in need of a major face lift. How it could get a 4.5 star rating is a huge surprise. It does not compare with other available options in this category of hotel in Broome. Cladding on cupboards is peeling away as is the case for furniture. Looks and feels extremely tired. As the apartments appear to be privately owned, it would seem that it depends on the room to get, as to the condition of the room furnishings and amenities you'll find. Asked for receipt on departure but that apparently can't be generated on site. Two days later, still waiting.

Big rooms , clean and amazing gardens!
All the staff are amazing! First night I arrived my room key didn't work and the office was closing but the staff member stayed back to try and help but the key was bent from last guests. I was let into my room, but the next day, staff had to have a new key cut. Was a bit stressful, but staff were so helpful.

Cons:

No real food or beverages are available at the resort( they do have free top-up filtered water. Soft drinks, icecreams and a breakfast box but was a bit disappointing. Also, the pool closed at sunset, so 6ish.
