Always enjoy our stays at the Frangipani. We have been staying there every time we visit Broome since it was completed.
Pros:

Good location, self contained, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Starting to show some signs of its age and ants were a minor problem.

The office staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Booked all out excursions for us so helpful and polite.

Location, very spacious room, outdoor shower, washing machine.

Cons:

The waterfall in the pool wasn’t working and when we asked a staff member he said that the owner doesn’t want to repair it 👎 Unbelievable!!!

Perfect spot for a week of fun in the sun and to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.
Pros:

Loved the outdoor shower - the room was spacious and well presented.
Pool was a little too cold but was close to our room and we enjoyed relaxing on the banana lounges.

We really enjoyed Broome. Very much.
Pros:

Location to the beach was amazing.

Cons:

We had a seven day stay. Yet
The room wasn't cleaned during our stay.
To get clean towels we had to request them.
The bin wasn't emptied during our stay.
We had to make our own bed.

We like the comfort and ease of our short stay in your establishment.

The external shower was a pleasant experience and surprise.
The surroundings greenery was comfortable and gave a cooling effect to our stay.
The gardening staff was very friendly and kept the garden in excellent condition.

The room was just what I needed in a break on my van trip - space, kitchen, laundry. For $300/nt I think more attent

Roomy suites with kitchen, laundry and outdoor shower and king size bed. Cold filtered sparkling and still water on tap in reception.

Cons:

It’s ‘tired’ as it’s almost 20 years old. Floor tiles dirty and discoloured. Plant in shower area almost dead. Small bits of random rubbish in the gardens.
