Divino hotel pero la ducha sale fría a la noche, no pudimos bañarnos de noche ningun día

El personal, el desayuno, la piscina climatizada, las actividades para niños

Cons:

La ducha en la noche estaba fría, reclamamos nos atendieron muy amables pero no se solucionó, no sos 5 estrellas si tienes agua tibia en invierno. Una pena sino hubiese sido 10 puntos pero el agua caliente es algo básico

The Quality of a Decent 3* Hotel. Barely 4.
Pros:

The check-in person was really kind and welcoming. The bar at the top of the hotel is a bit of a show-stopper. Probably one of the best in Punta (at least in terms of design and drink quality, which is what I would expect at that price point).

Cons:

Remove the rooftop bar from the equation, and it all pretty much falls apart. I had to move rooms right after check-in because the carpet Threshold Strip came off and tripped me up as I entered the room. The room itself was unclean, the cupboard doors did not close, the wall paint was old, worn and stripped in parts. The windows overlooking the sea were very dirty. The couch is very dirty. The whole thing was absolutely horrid. By far the worst 5* hotel I've been in. The outdoor pool is not maintained and is very dirty (I'd expect it to be cleaned regularly). The indoor pool felt like a community gym pool. I am really confused as to how this hotel gets any positive reviews.

I was then upgraded to try to resolve the issue with the room, but the superior room was marginally better, suffering from most of the aforementioned issues. Avoid this hotel.
