Fui en temporada baja, esperaba más
Pros:

La atención del Vallet parking y del front desk.
Y que nos regalaron dos tragos de cortesía para tomar en el bar del hotel.

Cons:

Supongo que tenía las expectativas más altas de lo que debería. Se que si bien fui en invierno a una tarifa mucho más baja que en verano, esperaba una habitación MUCHO más linda al tratarse de The Grand Hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno pero una vez que ya había casi terminado el desayuno vinieron a ofrecernos opciones que había (palta, omelette), y la realidad es que lo ideal era que me lo ofrecieran cuando empecé a comer, no cuando terminé (sobre todo porque no había NADIE en el desayuno, no tenían nada para hacer los mozos más que atendernos a nosotros).

La habitación me pareció CERO linda. Y las almohadas no me parecieron nada comodas.
