Buiten de prachtige locatie, het adembenemende uitzicht en het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel, hebben wij helaas een zeer vervelende ervaring gehad tijdens ons verblijf.

Wij zijn er 100% zeker van dat er geld uit onze kamer is weggenomen. De avond ervoor heeft mijn man het geld nog geteld en aan mij gegeven, waarna ik het in mijn tas heb gedaan. Het geld is daarna nergens anders opgeborgen geweest, mijn tas is gedurende de dag in onze hotelkamer achtergebleven. Later die avond, nadat onze kamer was schoongemaakt, wilde ik iets uit mijn tas pakken. Mijn man vroeg mij of het geld er nog lag en hoeveel het precies was. Tot onze grote verbazing bleek er €180 te ontbreken.

Het gaat ons hierbij niet om het geldbedrag zelf, maar om het geschonden vertrouwen en de manier waarop hiermee is omgegaan. Wij hebben dit direct gemeld bij ons aanspreekpunt binnen het hotel. Hij gaf aan dit niet te kunnen geloven en zei dat hij zoiets nog nooit had meegemaakt. Zoals wij ook van mening zijn: alles gebeurt een eerste keer. Hij zou dit bespreken met de manager en erop terugkomen.

Wij hebben er bewust voor gekozen om hier verder niet achteraan te gaan. Wij begrijpen dat je niet zomaar conclusies kunt trekken of direct maatregelen kunt nemen tegen personeel. Het is nooit onze intentie geweest om iemand zijn of haar baan of inkomen af te nemen. Wel hadden wij op zijn minst enige betrokkenheid of nazorg vanuit het hotel verwacht.

Gedurende de rest van ons verblijf is er echter op geen enkel moment iemand naar ons toe gekomen om ons een update te geven of zelfs maar excuses aan te bieden voor deze vervelende ervaring. Dat vinden wij zeer teleurstellend.

Hoewel het hotel op vele vlakken indruk maakt, is de service en de manier waarop deze situatie is afgehandeld voor ons een grote teleurstelling. Wij willen toekomstige gasten daarom adviseren extra zorgvuldig om te gaan met hun waardevolle bezittingen en deze niet onbeheerd achter te laten, zoals wij helaas hebben gedaan.

Hôtel avec un très gros potentiel en cours de réaménagement

Très bel établissement, vue, magnifique sur la ville de fez le personnel de réception est très attentif à nos besoins et accède facilement à nos demandes mention spéciales pour les femmes de ménage pour leur gentillesse

Cons:

Établissement en cours de rénovation, la salle de sport fitness n’était pas accessible le Rooftop Jungle offre des soirées très agréable, mais il ne faut pas quitter sa table pour descendre à la chambre car au retour elle a déjà été attribuée seul petit faux pas

Un hotel maravilloso.
Pros:

El trato de los empleados , una atención exquisita.
Siham , Nabil , Omar , de recepción me ayudaron en todo , taxis , recomendaciones , ayuda , moneda , todo , siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad sincera.
Anas , el encargado de piscina siempre pendiente de nosotros , una persona muy agradable .
El resto de personal , todos muy profesionales y atentos .
Tienen restaurants que se come muy bien, el desayuno muy bien.
Unas terrazas con vistas a Fez ,de noche una preciosidad.
En la terraza bar se puede cenar , con unos combinados muy buenos , vistas magnificas y musica en directo.
Usen el transfer del hotel cuesta 25 € , una mercedes 8 plazas , AA , a las 5 mañana ahi estaba , sin preocupacion alguna.

Cons:

Para ir a la ciudad vieja de Fez tomen un taxi , a pie esta lejos y en julio el calor es de 43 grados.
Pedia el taxi en recepción , tarda en llegar 15 min y cuesta entre 4 y 5 €, el regreso en la ciudad es facil encontrar taxis ,
otros 4 a 5 € .No es caro.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sahrai. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional.

I especially want to thank Siham Afkir, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. After I mentioned there was an unpleasant smell in our room, she immediately upgraded us to a suite without hesitation. There was still a slight smell in the bedroom, but her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference.

The entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Service like this is rare and deserves recognition.

Overall, despite the small issue with the room, we had an excellent stay and would happily recommend Hotel Sahrai to anyone visiting Fez.

Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons.

Le Personnel, les différents restaurants, Rooftop, la chambre, l'établissement en général.

Cons:

Seul petit point d'amélioration : si des travaux doivent être réalisés, il serait appréciable de les organiser de manière à limiter les désagréments pour les clients. Cela permettrait de rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Matras vonden wij te hard maar wat tegen viel, was dat je tot 10.00 kon ontbijten.
Je bent op vakantie moet je vroeg opstaan om te ontbijten.
Dit is echt het enig minpuntje voor de rest was alles geweldig
