Pros:

Le personnel était super attentionné et amical. C'était un vrai plaisir de rencontrer Madiha et Achraf, ils nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison ! Je tiens aussi à préciser que cet hôtel sert les meilleures Ghriba !

There is no basic machine or equipment for the muscle training in the gym, and it doesn’t open at morning.

Points positifs : Un grand merci pour le surclassement à mon arrivée, une attention très appréciée ! La piscine à débordement est tout simplement magnifique, la vue est superbe et c'était la raison principale de mon choix.

Cons:

Points négatifs : Pour un tarif autour de 200 € la nuit, le confort thermique reste un point faible. La climatisation de la chambre manquait de puissance. Surtout, il n'y a pas du tout de climatisation dans la réception ni dans les couloirs menant aux chambres. Avec plus de 40 °C à Fès, cette chaleur étouffante dans les parties communes est vraiment difficile à supporter.

Als we nog een keer naar fes komen, gaan we weer hier verblijven.
Pros:

Ruime schone kamers met grote douche, vriendelijk personeel. Veilige parkeer gelegenheid bij het hotel. Mogelijkheid om naar het zwembad te gaan .

Cons:

Vond wel jammer dat er soort van verbouwingen waren, ook uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was nog niet af leek het.

Le best
Pros:

Le Sahrai reste, année après année, mon véritable coup de cœur au Maroc. J’ai la chance d’y venir pratiquement tous les ans et à chaque séjour, je ressens exactement la même chose.

Les chambres sont vraiment exceptionnelles, le personnel est aux petits soins et on a toujours cette agréable impression d’être privilégié. J’aime énormément le calme et l’intimité de cet hôtel, on s’y sent vraiment dans un cocon.

Et puis cette vue sur Fès… magnifique ! Le rooftop le soir est également un vrai plaisir.

C’est un endroit auquel je suis devenu très attaché et où je reviens chaque année avec toujours autant de plaisir.

Mention+++ pour le personnel accueil , bagagiste , serveur , femme de ménage ect ect
