Location is everything!!!
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel. The accessibility to shops and restaurants made this a must stay for me. Literally everything is within a walking distance so it makes your holiday even more special as there is an ease of movement. The vibe around the hotel is electric and the hotel staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm very particular about cleanliness and I found the environment close to perfect and that's saying something for someone who is borderline OCD! The only feedback I have is that the Guest relations need to follow up on complaints reading maintenance issues to ensure it's implemented and resolved.

Fantastic location, quaint hotel and vibrant area
Pros:

The location was absolutely spot on! We were literally surrounded by every shop you can think of and best of all the area was so vibrant and full of amazing restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better location as it made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also quite rich offering a variety of delicious options. The attendants were super friendly and very polite.

Cons:

The hotel was fantastic. Great location and wonderful service. Unfortunately the sink in our bathroom was blocked and the water would build up and take forever to go down. I reported the issue but it was never fixed till I left. I find that very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I always expect a premium service when I'm in hotels that charges a premium price and such incidents leave me a bit miffed.

Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. O hotel fez-me sentir em casa, num ambiente acolhedor, tranquilo e com todo o conforto necessário. Tudo estava facilmente acessível, o que me permitiu aproveitar e otimizar bastante o meu tempo.O spa e a piscina são excelentes, assim como os terapeutas e a qualidade das massagens. Uma experiência verdadeiramente muito agradável.

Won't return. But it's a clean hotel and somewhat nice.
Pros:

I would've loved to return every year. However the treatment my nephew and I received while eating breakfast left a sour taste in my mouth. The stay was enjoyable until the staff was hounding me over bringing my nephew to breakfast and demanding his passport while we were eating just because he is tall for his age. My credit card was on record. There was no need to ruin our breakfast over 11 euros. Spend over 200 euros per night on a room and you hustle us for 11 euros. Everyone was looking at us at breakfast as if we weren't supposed to be there. Being African, it felt racist. Most of the staff at the reception are great. The house keeping is 20/10
