Très bel hôtel mais pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement et la décoration

Cons:

La musique permanente dans les couloirs car nous l’entendions de nos chambres, la salle de gym relativement petite et peu équipée pour un 5 etoiles( seulement 2 tapis de course)
L’espace piscine un peu délabré : cloué d’humidité au plafond au dessus de la piscine, ligne d’eau pas nettoyée avec dépôt vert, espace hammam avec les careraux tout décollés..)
Le service au restaurant était très long et la salle très bruyante.

Fantastisch verblijf in tophotel

Ruime en heel propere kamer.
Zalig ontbijtbuffet!
Vriendelijk personeel dat altijd klaarstaat om te helpen.
Het binnenzwembad en de jacuzzi op de rooftop (beiden met handdoekenservice) waren rustig en vielen in de smaak bij onze tieners.
Wij hadden half pension en het diner was heel lekker en verzorgd. Maar voorzie voor de 3 gangen wel voldoende tijd, want het is natuurlijk geen snelle hap.

Tive um problema com a camareira, levantamos para ir tomar café , qdo retornamos para o quarto para arrumar para sair . Estava a camareira limpando o quarto, nso era nem 10h,ela permanceu dentro do quarto,nos ficamos dentro do quarto olhando para ela , nos queríamos que ela Saísse , não ocorreu … eu tive que pedir para ela esperar nos arrumar, ela falou se ela saísse do quarto não voltaria mais e quarto ficaria como estava ,eu falei ok … não tem problema, ela insistiu em passar uma vassoura no chão , qdo eu falei que não precisava limpar mais . Pois precisava que ela saísse para nos continuar arrumar para sair.
Foi uma situação muito constrangedora. Nunca tinha visto isso !!!!!

A wonderfully soft landing after an overnight flight across the Atlantic’s and before our cruise.

Spacious lobby with comfortable seating, comfortable beds, excellent BR with shampoo and moisturizer. Excellent variety at breakfast and delicious food both at breakfast and dinner…. Staff who are eager to please, always helpful

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité et très variés.
