A hidden gem
Pros:

PortoBay Liberdade is a hidden gem in the best location in Lisbon. It is situated on the very best Avenida in Lisbon, where all of the luxury brands have their boutiques, and around the corner from the underground station, which connects you with the rest of the city.

What makes it so very special and a must-stay for business or pleasure is the staff who truly represent the PortoBay brand and go out of their way to ensure your every need is met. Of the PortoBay team, special mention should be given to Carlota Tomaz, who made welcomed my wife and I made our stay so very special.

In terms of the property, it is quite unique and strikes a perfect balance of being a boutique hotel that delivers a full service to business and leisure travellers. I have had the privilege of staying at the property before, but this was my wife’s first visit and she understood why I had insisted on returning.

The food and beverage options are superb, so much so that we had dinner at Bistro4 each evening. The menu delights by offering Portuguese dishes with a certain PortoBay twist and are truly exceptional.

Bistro4 also serves breakfast, and offers a delightful mix of buffet and à la carte options to start your day.

We will be returning many times to this wonderful property as our daughter has decided to make Lisbon her home.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous stay. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite. Hotel well situated and beautiful. Food was superb. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ras tout était parfait
Nous avons voulu retenir un séjour en mai 2027 à Porto dans le même établissement mais tout est complet si un désistement se produisait nous sommes très intéressés

Great base to explore Lisbon and fabulous facilities to come home to.
Pros:

Great hotel with lovely facilities. Very well located to access the attractions in Lisbon. Staff were all so lovely - friendly and attentive but also so relaxed.

Pros:

Fantástico Breakfast. Top-floor sun deck, Indoor pool, and bedroom comfort. The food quality and service are out of the box. The quality of the bed sheets. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Très belle adresse pour se repose à Lisbonne.
Pros:

Il s'agit d'un hôtel 5 étoiles avec un staff professionnel dès l'arrivée. Les chambres ont le confort attendu pour le type d'hôtel.
Le petit-déjeuner en chambre est très bon et à un prix très avantageux, je le recommande.
Le lounge sur la terrasse sur le toit est agréable ; il y a aussi quelques transats disponibles.

L'hôtel est à quelques pas des boutiques de luxe, mais demeure dans un quartier calme loin des ruelles touristiques - mais proche, quelques minutes en taxi suffisent.

L'aéroport est à environ 20 minutes en taxi.

Cons:

La panne d'électricité dans le quartier en pleine nuit : mais l'hôtel a ses propres générateurs ; seule la climatisation n'a pas fonctionné durant la panne.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel à Lisbonne ! Il parait que c'est une des meilleures tables de cette ville et en effet nous avons eu l'occasion d'y manger un soir et avons très bien mangé ! le petit déjeuner est également au top ! Notre chambre était parfaite et le personnel très aimable. L'hôtel est bien situé même si il est un tout petit peu décentré mais on atteint le centre ville à pied sans problème ! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel et j'y retournerai.
