El hotel entero necesita una remodelación urgente. Los acabados son pésimos, la distribución, materiales...bastante anticuada, los remates del edificio y la estética son sorprendentemente bajas para un hotel con el nombre de Hyatt. Una lástima porque el hotel tiene un potencial excelente, pero necesita hacer un soft renovation con algún equipo de interioristas. conozco un equipo de interioristas que han renovado recientemente un Novotel en Dubai con el criterio exacto que necesitaría este hotel.

The perfect place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast, service and staff is excellent, the location is good you have the subway in 20 mts. The environment in the hotel and around is perfect.

Great location but disappointing room. Wouldn’t stay here if you were looking for a nice retreat.

The location was great. Very close to mtr, dongman walking st and malls.

Cons:

The room was a big let down. The carpet was disgusting and smelled a little moldy. The bathroom needs to be painted. It’s been “touched up” with paint instead of repainted. The light for the bathroom also lights up the space adjacent to the bed. If someone turns the bathroom light on at night, it wakes the other person. Breakfast was fine but nothing to get too excited about.
