The 3 bedroom apartment is really great for families
The furniture is a little worn out
1- الفندق جميل جدا جدا وزاد جماله حسن التعامل الراقي من العاملين فيه وخصوصآ موظفي الاستقبال.
2- موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب منه مجمع مطاعم ومولات كثيره .كم انه ملاصق لمول كبير .
3- تم الطلب منهم تمديد الاقامه لعدة ساعات وتمت الموافقه فورا ..ولهم جزيل الشكر .
4-ساعتمد هذا الفندق في سفراتي القادمه .

Room was big… Close proximity to Lotte Mall… easy to find amenities as well as transport… staff were very friendly and helpful…
Appliances tend to breakdown quite easily… my washing machine broke down on my last night of my stay and in the middle of a wash… my colleague who was staying in another room had electrical trip that originated from the cooker hood…
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, attentive, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment after a long day. Overall, the experience was positive and hassle-free, and I would not hesitate to stay at this property again on my next visit.
It's a pleasant experience on Eid's Holiday since Ascott Kuningan has bigger rooms than other Ascott facilities we've stayed. The location is excellent, directly attached to Lotte Shopping Avenue, My parents can easily access the Mall through the door in the second floor. We booked 2 different rooms and they managed to have us in the same floor, really appreciate the great experience.
