Home not away from home
Pros:

Been living here since 2019 — that alone should say something.

The staff and security are genuinely excellent. Packages, food deliveries, everything handled and brought straight to your door. Consistent, no hassle. The facilities do the job, and being connected directly to Lotte Avenue is quietly one of the best perks — nothing flashy, but everything you need without leaving the building.

Two things that need fixing, and I mean actually fixing:
• The tennis court. Sort it out. The mixed tennis and pickleball line markings are a mess — confusing to play on, and frankly, nobody’s playing pickleball anyway.

• The basketball court needs to be a basketball court. Mixed court markings again. Just pick one.

Seven years in and still happy here. But clean up the courts please — it’s not a big ask.
