Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable & safe. Could not find anything wrong with this place. Would definitely go back here again.
Clean and comfortable, air conditioning works well, laundry service is convenient.

Location is near by BZN airport.
Too bad breakfast, only available toaster was not working, milk and bread were out in morning 8 am and they were not bothered to refill those.
Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good location close to the airport and bozeman. Lots of facilities for cooking your own food in a shared kitchen. The room had a kettle and a fridge. Lots of free parking out the front of the hotel.
The only minor issue is we found someone else’s hair in the bathtub but other than that the room was clean.
They overbooked us so after we arrived, had to scramble and find another place to stay which also cost us an additional $100 for the same time.
Carpet has smell in room . Breakfast has no milk .

The lady helping us get clean bedding at 9pm
was great.
Really good coffee
It was dirty. The sheets had stains and the comforter had a huge pee stain. We were very disgusted. The ice bucket had dirt in it and the ice machine didn't even work.
At breakfast, the toaster was broken and the waffle maker too.
The luggage cart had a broken wheel, and when I mentioned it to the morning staff she laughed eventhough she could obviously see us struggling to move the cart out to our vehicle.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with another customer's booking and they did their best to assist them. We slept really well and the view of the mountains in the morning was beautiful.

Quite a long way out of town, so you have to drive to everywhere. The breakfast really let it down.

My guess is either poor management or short staffed. So much is left undone. Pool wasn’t working, our refrigerator didn’t work, one curtain was missing in our room, carpets were filthy, ice machine was broken, lamp was broken, couldn’t print my receipt when we checked out, tiles in the shower looked like mold was growing. So many little things that shouldn’t happen in a room I felt that we paid a lot for. Very disappointing and annoying.
