Las habitaciones olian mal , estaba el baño sucio con hongos

La limpieza de la habitación, un día no le realizaron esta, y los días que fueron, fué en horas de la noche. Deberían contratar más personal para esta labor.

Comme je l’avais déjà indiqué le hall et la salle de restauration ont été restauré, ce qui est entraîné une hausse de tarifs alors que les chambres sont toujours aussi vieillissante. De plus les prestations ont baissées notamment l’absence de voiturier, l’absence de kit de courtoisie en chambre (café thé) l’absence de serviette à la piscine) Dommage car restaurants, métro, bus, taxi sont présents et la promenade le long de la mer est à proximité.
The room was worth the amount paid. It was a great experience. The breakfast was really good, the AC worked almost too well, and the location was excellent. It's about a 5-6 minute walk from the Iglesia del Carmen metro. They even stored our suitcases after check-out.
Bathrobes weren't provided, even after we called the front desk for a set. Not sure whether they were included for the stay. The check-in and check-out times were a bit of a concern. Our return flight was around 9 pm, but check-out is at 12 pm. Even late check-out is based on availability and is at a cost.
