Estos trabajos no afectarán la atención a nuestros huéspedes, ya que tanto el servicio de restaurante como el counter de check-in, serán reubicados temporalmente en el piso 5, área de salones, donde se brindará la atención correspondiente.

Conozco el hotel, desde que era el Hyatt ( pre-pandemia covid ).
La ubicación es perfecta para mis actividades.
Me volví a encontrar con el CAPITAN que parecería que volvieron a contratarlo. Un placer y una alegría. El más educado y mas cortés de todo el personal.
Fuera de unas pequeñas modificaciones "estéticas" en la recepción y el comedor donde se desayuna, sigue siendo exactamente el mismo hotel desde aproximadamente el 2015. Creo que ni las alfombras han cambiado. Pero cada vez el servicio es menor: han quitado las cafeteras de las habitaciones y tampoco hay mas valet parking. Me quedé encerrado en el baño porque el rodamiento de la puerta se traba ( tuve que pedir que me abrieran la puerta del lado de afuera ).
Buena ubicación.

L´emplacement, la dimension de la chambre
Le vallet de parking a ete supprime... donc enregistrement a la reception puis direction le parking, pas d'ascenseur pour retourner a la reception sauf celui du personnel qui le jour suivant etait en panne ...
le petit dejeuner est minimaliste pour ce type d'hotel.. peu de choix et qualite des produits basiques. La nouvelle reception et la salle de restaurant sont magnifiques mais les chambres assez vieillotes, moquette, peinture ....

Tal vez no es punto negativo, pero si sería bueno que tengan la opción o servicio directo de transfer al aeropuerto-hotel
The location was convenient and accessible
The lack of resources in the laundry room-detergent. Also, the dishes provided for breakfast needed to be cleaned better.

The location; close to Metro, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacy.
No microwave or even a kettle in room. If you don't finish breakfast or not feeling well during breakfast hours, you are not permitted to take your meal to the room. Restaurant staff at breakfast policing guests.. very uncomfortable. Laundry machines are inefficient. Only restaurant bought food can be eaten by the pool deck. Hair dryer didn't work.
We hadden kamer 1801 ,mooi uitzicht ! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ,alles op loopafstand .Het onbijt was voor ons ruim voldoende.Volgend jaar graag weer.
