I did research on how Bait&Switch works. The Black Staff Lady, who was willing to help me with Changing My date of stay. Took my email papers and went into the Office, she came back in about twenty minutes . Saying she talked with Booking.com for a change in dates. She said:' she talked to an agent with Booking.com 'and they were going to send me an email with a rain check and I could book through Drury Inn at a different Price, but higher than Booking .com.
Being I had know alternative, I was at the hotel already. I took the room at their price in In hopes that I was going to receive a Rain Check! So I paid $168.52 to Booking .com and another $278.26 to Drury Inn. I feeling both companies are at fault. I am 80 years of age, some way to treat the Elderly!
The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I liked the happy hour they offered along with the hot breakfast. Also the free parking. I like that it was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

Drury Brentwood is my go to hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and safe. Great amenities.
We had a wonderful experience with our first-ever stay at a Drury Hotel. The location in Brentwood was right off the highway and close to a lot of restaurants and stores if needed. However, we wouldn't have needed to leave for anything because the Drury had it all!!!! A wonderful indoor/outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, popcorn in the lobby, evening snacks and drinks, and spacious rooms. This location also had a parking garage, which was super nice! We took advantage of the evening snack and drink time and found it to be quite delicious and had enough food to fill us up so we didn't need to spend $$$ on dinner! The drinks were great, and each adult was allowed 3!
We also especially loved the pool area!!!! Very fun and unique. It did storm in the later evening, and both pools had to close since the indoor one was connected to the outdoor one, but we found time to swim some more the morning before we left!
This location also had amazing and very kind staff. They seemed to genuinely care what you were doing for the evening when they asked or wanted to help if needed!
We look forward to staying at a Drury again soon!

Very clean and staff was very nice.
The rooms was great, the food was good,but what set this hotel apart was the customer service. Every single employee we came in contact with was incredibly polite and helpful.

Everything was great. During the breakfast hours, the staff was extremely friendly and on top of everything. Snack/dinner every evening was a perk.
Bathrooms did not have an exhaust.

Location was perfect for everything we planned to do. Breakfast was great and fulfilling and I was really impressed by Kickback every night.
The sink in our bathroom did not work properly. It was clogged so it made it a pain to use.
Every member of the staff was nice and accommodating. The free drinks and food were awesome. They even had fresh popped popcorn in the lobby and cucumber water, all free. The hotel is very nice. The room was clean, comfortable beds, nice sized TV. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. I would love to stay again but without my grandchildren. Lol
We had an excellent stay at Drury Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a wonderful bonus, and everything was fresh and delicious. We were also traveling with our small dog, and the pet-friendly accommodations made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was the pet fee, which we felt was a bit expensive compared to other pet-friendly hotels. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we would consider staying here again.
It’s so clean, quiet rooms, great breakfast, amazing evening meal and drinks! And close to the Metro Link…was so easy to get to Busch Stadium with no parking issues!
