Would stay again.
Pros:

Was a very comfortable room. Meal was delivered very promptly and was delicious.

Cons:

Finding where to check in on arrival was very confusing when the office was closed. The instructions were not clear at all.

Pros:

Fit for purpose

Cons:

The bathroom door was hard to open
Toilet roll holder not properly fastened to the wall
Tv had a blinding light that is directly in front of the master bed so I ended up turning it off at power point
Water took significant time to run full tack to get warm water to wash my hands
Check-in process wasn’t great had to wait a long time and then checked in over the noise of the gaming machines

Would have considered this more a motel as opposed to a hotel

Great option when booking somewhere.
Pros:

Very convenient location for our purpose of travel. We had the 3-bed unit which has no lounge area, but this wasn't an issue for us. Rooms were warm and beds very comfy. Bathroom dated but large and very clean so again no issue. Parking right at door. Great pub for dinner. Reception staff very helpful and happily booked table for dinner for us, definitely stay again.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Just a short walk to the Bistro for a well priced evening meal also a short walk to Cafe 63 for a tasty breakfast next morning, I would stay there again if the need arises..
