Handy spot near shops. The pub has great food too.
Location was amazing walking distance to everything you need, first night we had someone try jumping the fence next to our room scared my kids quite alot, unfortunately no cameras and nothing was done, we barely slept that night. Second night was the same had a kid who was staying in a different room, try jumping the fence next to our room. We felt unsafe in a place we should feel safe.
Very clean, comfortable room, check in was easy and motel was in a convenient location.

Can not fault the hotel section of the experience in any way. Ate in the sportsbar one night. Staff member there only wanted to pack up and get home. Pushed us out 45 minutes early by means of "sorry mate, I've already counted out the till" and stocktake is finished. Wasn't a big deal, but as per the review question "What didn't you like?" this is something that has stuck with us as what we remember about the experience.

If I was forced to give a answer about what I liked it would have to be the food at the bistro connected to the club, THATS NEXT DOOR TO THE PROPERTY AND ISN'T MENTIONED AT ANYTIME
We called twice for information and both times were met with a very unprofessional and rude woman.
There is room service but there is only bar snacks and alcohol which was a surprise considering they give you a complete list to the bistro but offer no way to order from the bistro in the room service app.
The beds were musty and mine even had a spider in it.
The rooms are worn and out dated, the photos are completely misleading and wrong. Also one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner, no signage to mention this was displayed or was it mentioned at check-in, they just simply took the remote out of the room. So when we took a remote from another room to try and use it, it groaned and shook the building.
The security of the property is a huge issue as it is right next to a pub WHICH ISN'T MENTIONED AT ANYTIME. Multiple times we had drunk people from the club loitering around our room, my sister had someone look into her window and watch her and they only stopped when she grabbed her phone to call for help. I had someone bash on the security window of my room.
Reception was never manned so trying to get help for these issues was incredibly hard, the only "reception" we could speak to was in the pokies area of the accommodation which was very gross and unprofessional. Having to walk into a smokers area just to check into your room after a long flight is pretty ridiculous.
And while the site had parking assigned for the rooms the locals at the pub regularly take your spot and with no reception to help you're often left parking on the street despite having paid for the parking!
The place stunk of old cigarettes too, just outside of our room was like a make shift smoking area where the signage for no smoking had been ripped and vandalized.
We also checked out very early due to the safety issue, and were told we would receive no refund.
TLDR; Not a safe place to stay, photos are misleading and not accurate, over priced shit-hole.
Fridge worked, bed comfortable and everything was clean. It's walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets and shopping. The pub next door has excellent meals.
