The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t very good, especially for my partner. He didn’t enjoy the food, so we skipped breakfast there for two days.
We did not enjoy our stay as much as we hoped. The bed was uncomfortable, the view from our room was disappointing, and the lift was very slow, which made getting around inconvenient.
However, we would like to commend the front desk staff, especially Emman, who did a great job and was very helpful throughout our stay. There were also two other staff members who assisted us kindly, though unfortunately we were not able to get their names.
The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were generally polite and welcoming, and the facilities, especially the pool, were enjoyable. The location is also convenient and close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
Although the property itself is nice, I was disappointed considering I paid almost ₱50,000 for two rooms. Our rooms only faced nearby buildings, with no view at all. I asked whether we could move to a different room and even offered to pay an additional ₱500 per night for an upgrade if one became available. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, but I never received any follow-up or updates.
We also had to ask several times for assistance in setting up the Roku TV. It required updates and additional setup before we could access Netflix and other streaming services. I believe the TVs should already be configured and ready for guests to use upon arrival.
Another issue was the lack of soundproofing. We were assigned a room close to the staff/housekeeping area, and we could clearly hear conversations, doors opening and closing, and cleaning activities. This was particularly noticeable in the mornings and affected our ability to rest comfortably.
Finally, I paid ₱3,600 in cash for an additional guest, which included an extra bed, but the bed was never provided. When I followed up, the payment could not be found in the system, and I was asked for a receipt that had never been issued. I hope the hotel can improve its internal processes to prevent similar situations for future guests.

Overall good but food is too expensive for the quality
The elevator is extremely slow. It’s very noisy from cars and other rooms. The tv doesn’t have Netflix or other smart TV things. Having an old TV with just normal programs in a 5 star hotel in 2026 is a joke.
The staff was PERFECT ! Especially Darius! he helped us a lot when we arrived at 10PM and made us feel at home. We were 8 people so it was really appreciated
