Excelente ubicación en el barrio de Nimman , a 10 min aproximadamente del mercado one y centro comercial , zona muy agradable y con vida nocturna, sin sentirse ruido en el hotel. Habitaciones amplias. Buen desayuno y atención .

Cons:

Las instalaciones, aunque están limpias, se ven un poco viejas . La ducha y el baño son incómodos. El aire acondicionado se veía viejo. Las fotos son mejores que el hotel en estado real.

Great location and good price, with caveats
Pros:

Great location in an attractive area with lots of stuff to do, a nice pool (even though we didn't use it), nice architecture and a comfy balcony.

Cons:

No hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 90% sure that body wash and shampoo were one and the same stuff, the toilet paper holder was too small for the toilet paper roll which made it fall down with the slightest touch, there was no curtain in front of the shower which caused the bathroom to be flooded easily (and the toilet paper roll to be instantly flooded as well, because it fell down a lot), and the water piping was quite loose and didn't feel like it was properly maintained. All in all nothing that really ruins your trip, but I wouldn't expect this from a three star hotel.
