The hotel is located perfectly. You definitely get your money’s worth.
The location was superb! Walking distance to find food and 711, laundry as well. They provide free bottled water (can take as many as we want)
Its a bit noisy at times where aeroplanes fly. We can hear it. Early mornings, i heard birds near our room window so sometimes a bit disturbing but i still manage to continue my sleep

Excelente ubicación en el barrio de Nimman , a 10 min aproximadamente del mercado one y centro comercial , zona muy agradable y con vida nocturna, sin sentirse ruido en el hotel. Habitaciones amplias. Buen desayuno y atención .
Las instalaciones, aunque están limpias, se ven un poco viejas . La ducha y el baño son incómodos. El aire acondicionado se veía viejo. Las fotos son mejores que el hotel en estado real.
Struttura pulita
Colazione assolutamente da rivedere. Presente qualche piatto salato (uova, riso, pollo, verdure) e nessuna pietanza dolce.

This hotel is a bit shabby and needs redecorating but staff were incredibly friendly and beds were reasonably comfortable

Great location in an attractive area with lots of stuff to do, a nice pool (even though we didn't use it), nice architecture and a comfy balcony.
No hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 90% sure that body wash and shampoo were one and the same stuff, the toilet paper holder was too small for the toilet paper roll which made it fall down with the slightest touch, there was no curtain in front of the shower which caused the bathroom to be flooded easily (and the toilet paper roll to be instantly flooded as well, because it fell down a lot), and the water piping was quite loose and didn't feel like it was properly maintained. All in all nothing that really ruins your trip, but I wouldn't expect this from a three star hotel.
