Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien y la ubicación nos quedó ideal

Cons:

Desde que llega el huésped nos deben de informar los tours y paseos que tienen , porque a nosotros nos pasó que lo fuimos a pagar en otro lado más caro y no estuvieron nada bien, cuando preguntamos en el hotel nos informaron y ellos los tenían más baratos y con mejor atención.

Hotel agradable, si no eres muy exigente.Visualmente bien, pero el servicio de limpieza puede mejora

Me pareció muy agradable la tranquilidad del hotel, el ambiente, la zona era agradable y me hacía sentir segura sin embargo no era muy estratégica ni cercana a puntos claves o lugares de interés.

Cons:

La habitacion no estaba muy limpia
- La cafetera estaba muy sucia tenía residuos de café y polvo acumulado excesivamente, por lo que personalmente no la utilice por la condiciones en que se encontraba.
- El frigobar estaba muy sucio tenía restos de líquido que al parecer no limpiaron correctamente por lo que tenía un color café y amarillento.
- El teléfono estába extremadamente asqueroso, tenía muchísimo polvo y en los bordes se notaba la suciedad acumulada, además de mencionar que el teléfono ni siquiera servia.
- Los contactos hacían falsa conexión ya que estaba muy cerca de los apagadores y estos impedía una correcta conexión por lo que los dispositivos se cargaban incorrectamente y lo pero es que la mayoría de los contactos de la habitacion eran asi asi que ninguno era eficiente.
-La taza del baño tenía muy poca agua lo que era algo realmente incómodo.
-El agua de la ducha no estaba caliente en la mayoría de ocasiones salia muy muy tibia y eso no fue de mi agrado.
- La televisión no tenía muy buena señal.
- La ropa de cama no está del todo limpia tenia una tonalidad percudida y amarillenta y había muchísimos cabello por doquier, eso fue muy desagradable en mi estancia.
