Location was great, but the hotel service was sub par. We showed up a little bit early and the rooms weren’t ready so they said we are rushing it and will text you when available. We sat for 2.5 hours and finally went back to desk only to find out rooms were ready. So no text, person I worked with at desk gone so that was disappointing.
Restaurant closed for a few hours so really only option was a mini mart.
Walls are SUPER thin. I could hear someone coughing all the time and every move in the bathroom. Remote for TV didn’t work well.
Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure and roomy bathroom, but overall I would pick a different spot honestly. There are plenty to choose from in that same area for business.
Down the street parking is inconvenient in the rain. Valet is expensive.
The view from the window was a wall. It’s very basic room. They wanted to charge me 430 dollars to extend one more night

Our stay at the Marriott Bellevue was pleasant but the title sums it up really. We had a reason to be in Bellevue and the location of the hotel worked for us however it is an otherwise pretty bland area, just off the freeway with not much around other than office buildings.
Our room was comfortable and what you would expect of a soul-less hotel of this category. The gym is really good with an excellent range of equipment. Otherwise there are no other amenities at the hotel.
The restaurant was a bit below expectations and the wine list lacking and expensive for what it is. This is a shame considering the lack of alternate options in the vicinity of the hotel. The parking at $45++ a night is expensive however we simply parked on the street overnight and there are other parking lots very close to the hotel.

This Marriott was very bad, the floor was very dusty, the bathroom had lots of little hairs in it, the restaurant was closed so there was no room service or breakfast, the coffee appliance was very outdated, it felt more like a motel 6 experience than a 4 star hotel.
This has made me question the quality of Marriotts.
The hotel was great, and the server at breakfast was terrific. The room was clean and it's conveniently located within walking distance of most other "downtown" Bellevue locations.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property overall is excellent and very close to public transportation. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that my wife and I are considering buying a mattress from the hotel's website.
This is a great hotel in a great area with excellent service. My only complaint was the M Club. I have seen a better breakfast at a Springhill Suites. It was barely attended and the food offerings were non existent, somewhat embarrassing for a full service Marriott.

9/4/2025 - This Marriott hotel reached to its 10 years milestone in July 2025 with modern design at the lobby, and is a typical Marriott namessake hotel - one of 31 Hotel Brands. However, it does not have a swim pool as well as SPA (whirlpool), which in turn lacks some luxury characteristic.
On the other hand, I still enjoyed visiting M Club here, which is the main reason I have been selecting this kind of hotel brand among 31 Hotel Brands.
The check-in experience is very good this afternoon, and staff are very friendly. It is worth noting that this Marriott hotel is managed by Marriott directly, which is able to give members a good points resumption at 1 cent per point - Thank you Marriott!
The customer service is #1 here, e.g., after I had experienced sleeping issues at a sofa bed tonight, I decided to ask for two Quene beds at the front desk at very late night. Whitney, the check-in staff, was able to find a room for me. It is a day & night difference - I will have a great night sleep- Thank you again, Whitney.
Once again, this hotel has a great value (the price and performance ratio) and a great customer service, which outweighs the shortfall of lacking of a pool and SPA.
The overall rating is between 4.5 to 5 stars!
