Please note that the property does not accommodate children below 4 years of age. Reception is open from 10am to 8pm daily You are required to show a photo ID --OR-- credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Young travelers between 4 to 18 years old are required to stay in a private room with at least one accompanying adult or legal guardian. We do not have pay-at-property or pay-on-arrival option. Full payment needs to be collected to confirm the booking. For any refund of payment due to cancelation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total collected amount. An amount of SGD10/night/person, in the form of credit card pre-authorization or cash may be requested as damage deposit for group of 6 people or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Good location and clean facility.
Noisy. Other guests did not respect quiet hours. Lugging bags up stairs is not fun and needing to go up and down stairs to reach the toilet from my room was not very convenient either. I was not impressed with “breakfast” from what I saw choice of bread or dried cereal only.

Location is awesome, hostel is multicultural, multi age, people are not making noise at night, staff is very helpful and nice
Breakfast is really poor, the mattresses are not really high quality, pillows were too big, was difficult to sleep with them.

The location
Showers need more ventilation and a bench to help with dressing, like a normal shower room that has a wood bench with hangers.
