The staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.!10 out of 10!! My new favorite place to stay in Irvine. The beds are also comfortable.

Pros:

The facility was clean and the staff was professional.

Cons:

I used Booking.com to book the room which I’ve used 100’s of times, but when I arrived they did not have my reservation. The staff found me a room and it was not anyone’s fault but technology. The one thing I’m seeing more of is charging $25.00 per day to park. I know it’s extra revenue, but your not responsible for my car if it get broken into so what am I paying for the convenience? I can see if you are paying to keep my car secure but you are not. It seems a bit shady, but I get most hotels are doing it.
