Okay - clean, quiet and close to termini
Pros:

Quiet location, close to restaurants and short walk to train station termini. Large room. Lift and garden are. Breakfast okay, but slow service.

Cons:

Sadly the roof top bar was closed on Sunday (weren’t aware of that) and closed quite early on Saturday - we arrived just before 21:00 and did not get to see nor enjoy it. Kind of a reason why I booked this hotel.
Check in staff not very welcoming.

extraordinary opened by pope benedict 16 so really creamy comfortable and wonderful. the chapel is divine!

If it wasn’t for the incident that involved the taxi, the stay would had been much better

Great location, nice accommodation, good breakfast, very friendly staff

Cons:

It’s really not about the property itself - the receptionist booked a taxi for us to take us to the port. We were told that it’s a fixed price of 160 EUR. The driver was nearly an hour earlier, which luckily was not a huge problem for us. The driver expected cash payment even though the credit/debit cards are accepted. He presented us with a bill for 176 EUR claiming he has to charge us additional 10% for non cash.
I sent an email to the hotel specifically referring to the receptionist that arranged the taxi, however I never heard back from them, which is highly disappointing as it left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole experience.

Buona struttura molto comoda a Termini
Pros:

Bella struttura, molto comoda a Termini. Letti molto grandi e confortevoli. Stanza non piccola e silenziosa. Buona e varia la colazione. Molto particolare la chiesa di chiara ispirazione Australiana, come tutta la struttura. Da visitare.

Cons:

Il bagno avrebbe necessità di un piccolo ammodernamento. Letti un po' rumorosi.
