Perfect night's rest.
Pros:

Another great stay, staff all amazing as usual. Refurbishment work being carried out, but no impact on stay.
Great evening meal, at super value. Best breakfast I've had in a long time.
Wouldn't stop anywhere else while in area.

Cons:

No Tennants in bar...

As above, Excellent Hotel, good staff.
Pros:

We were in a room on the first night adjacent to the building work going on, a bit noisy at 7.30am ! I spoke to Brodie on reception and without fuss we were re allocated to room 108 which was excellent. All the staff were friendly and we intend to book again in May 2027 Norrie and Irene Moir (Dundee).

Comfortable but noisy
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Slamming doors and sounds of furniture being moved around all night (both nights). Heard snoring from neighbouring room on second night. Reported to reception the next morning and was told that “well they didn’t have a remote for that”.

Ideal for overnight stay
Pros:

Good location for Prestwick night out and reception staff very pleasant. Very clean and room was quiet so no disruptions for decent sleep.

Cons:

Room small and bathroom a bit tired. Bar not very atmospheric or cosy , very open and sterile with all the tables laid out for eating - could use a more sheltered area outside with outdoor heating with maybe plant wall or something similar. Hate make own toast set up at breakfast especially as someone burnt theirs and we all had to suffer smoke filled room.
