I was meeting a close relative that I didn't know I had until recently. The staff were so very understanding.I can't thank them enough. God bless you all.
Very comfortable and a good price for the facilities

Lovely hotel, comfortable and the room was very spacious! It was my partners birthday and the staff decorated the room so nicely with balloons, petals and little cakes, it was very appreciated!
The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Booked a table at restaurant for 7pm but unable to meet in hotel bar due to refurbishment one was closed and wedding party using the other.
The meal wasn't great. Party of 10. 3 sent chicken satay starter back because pink in the middle and undercooked..took some time with replacements and one still not happy with all of hers but didn't want to hold anyone up anymore. One never got served his soup until everyone else finished their starters. The same person had the same problem with his main. Fish and chips so assumed would be quick. 9 of us had finished before his finally arrived! To be honest was a paltry portion. He did get a free drink for his wait. All of us declined option of dessert . One reason was time factor. Plan was go to local pub to watch Scotland play football. Who knows how long it would have taken. As one of our party pointed out 10 is not a huge party to serve. Toilets also a disgrace. Gents practically swimming. Girls was worse with one blocked and broken glasses lying around. Allegedly caused by the wedding party. After much deliberation the guys Fish and chips was removed from bill. Also £30 from the drinks bill. Which amounts to roughly 4 pints. The drinks bill was still just under £155. After more discussions we were told to contact the duty manager the following day via email. All in all it put a dampener on the occasion which was to celebrate my 60th birthday
Staff were friendly and efficient
Staff very helpful and polite. Food was also very nice but did take a long time to come. Bed was very comfy and the shower was great. Clean bedding and plenty of towels for both of us.
With the hotel having an upgrade done ( we did get an email about this before our stay) there was a layer of dust on the table that we had to wipe before we sat down. Staff obviously wiping round cutlery already sat on the table because I could see where they had wiped. Given the amount of dust I feel the cutlery should have been given when the food arrived for hygiene reasons. When I woke in the morning I had a layer of dust on my phone screen so how much of that have we been breathing in. Apart from that the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.
Absolutely loved the place. Ideal location.
Rooms were comfy
Staff friendly
Restaurant was great
Breakfast was well worth the extra cost
Can't fault the place
There were 3 of us in our room. Two had single beds, I had the fold out bed. Was still comfy but im 6'4 and my feet ankles and half my legs were hanging off the end. Didnt spoil the stay though. Just a note
Lovely hotel currently going through renovations to the restaurant and bar however this has not affected the level.of service.
Friendly staff, top quality rooms and excellent breakfast
Everything was good
Bon hôtel d’étape, confortable et calme. Parking pour garer une moto en toute discrétion.
Breakfast très correct, service à l’assiette et buffet continental.
Rien de particulier
Delicious breakfast and dinner. Silent and restfull room.
No aircondition exist to cool the room. Just heating was working.
Breakfast was good although toaster wasn't working. Hotel was an easy taxi ride to good restaurants and bars. Renovation works going on but wasn't a problem.
Renovation works going on but wasn't a problem.
Late check in
Comfie bed
The room was big and comfortable and the bar was very welcome at the end of a hot day
The location is nothing special, but then it is where it is. The window in my bedroom was damaged but there is a lot of refurbishment going on at the moment
