Absolute bargain for price, beautiful room and lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, nicely decorated. Bargain for the price.

Cons:

Air con was the only thing, really struggled with unit. Either warm or freezing.

Très charmant hôtel situé dans la vieille ville de Hanoï, dans un quartier très calme et agréable. J’ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. J’ai même pu laisser toutes mes affaires à l’hôtel pendant mon voyage à Sa Pa. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Pros:

Stanza molto carina, accogliente, pulita, luminosa e in un’ottima posizione. Bollitore in camera, con caffè e tè (molto apprezzato), sapone e pulizia giornaliera. Upgrade stanza (a pagamento) con doppia finestra.
Possibilità di comprare la sim locale “vittel” (è comodo sì ma più caro rispetto ad altre compagnie).

Cons:

Si sente il rumore esterno di macchine e clacson.
La stanza un po’ piccola, nonostante non manchi nulla. L’host ci ha proposto un upgrade perché la stanza che avevamo prenotato aveva la finestra che dava sul corridoio (questo non è molto chiaro su Booking).
Servizio lavanderia 40k al kg di cui non abbiamo usufruito, c’è una lavanderia self-service a due passi.

Location is in the centre and great value to what i paid. I love the soundproof windows.. its quite and comfortable.

Great stay but rooms are smaller than you imagine, so check the measurements.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind. Location was amazing as well.

Cons:

All the photos on booking.com made the rooms look more spacious and large. Always check the room measurements.

Uns hat alles an der Unterkunft gefallen, eine Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, alles war sauber und es war sehr viel Platz im Zimmer, der Hotelbesitzer war der allernetteste und sehr hilfsbereit wir haben viel mit ihm geredet. Wir würden immerwieder kommen!!!!!
