We had a wonderful stay at Old Quarter Charm Hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent for exploring Hanoi, and the lovely staff made us feel so welcome. Truly outstanding service, we’d happily stay again!

Hotel in ottima posizione per girare per le vie del quartiere vecchio, il proprietario ci ha accolto calorosamente offrendoci gratuitamente un up grade della camera, che era spaziosa e pulita. Siamo state qui due notti, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli gratuitamente per tutto il pomeriggio dopo il check out, dato la possibilità di usufruire del bagno a piano terra per cambiarci prima della partenza per l’aeroporto e offerto di organizzare il trasporto. Staff davvero cordiale e disponibile, struttura consigliata per il vostro soggiorno ad Hanoi!
