The room is nice
Booking.com clearly states that the room includes coffee-making facilities, but there were none in the room when I arrived. I had to ask the front desk FIVE separate times for a coffee machine before they finally brought one to my room. Each time, I was told that a coffee machine was not supposed to be included in the suite, even after I showed the staff that it was specifically listed as one of the room amenities on Booking.com.
Because of this, I ended up paying around $30 for a breakfast that I did not enjoy, simply because I wanted to have coffee. The coffee itself was also terrible. To make matters worse, breakfast does not even open until 7:00 AM, while I wanted to have coffee when I woke up at 6:00 AM.
If coffee-making facilities are advertised as being included in the room, guests should not have to repeatedly ask for them, argue with the front desk about whether they are included, or pay for breakfast just to get a cup of coffee. This was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary.

Room was dusty. The staff refused to provide invoice and receipt of payment for my star which I needed because it was a work trip and expense
