Plugs in rooms are in rediculous locations. The bath is difficult to get into for a shower. The stairs to our room were filthy from ? Squirrel fences and urine. Attempts made to clean each day. The stones around the pool are uncomfortable to walk on and the cabana lounge cushions need upgrading. Breakfast is very repetitive.
Great location.
Bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was stuck on a timer, the complex itself has aged and could do with some maintenance and upgrades. The shower was very weak. Could hear other guests very well walking past our room. Breakfast was very basic compared to other similar priced places we have stayed at.

Perhaps a better selection of cereal with option of yoghurts would be nicer at breakfast
The pool and restaurant were very good.
No TV channels in English to watch - no movies. Getting in the door was difficult - too high of a step. The bath was extremely difficult to get in and out of and very slippery. Safety deposit box not in the room. On my last night someone tried to get into my room. I was told it was a staff member trying to lock the door from the outside when I was inside with it locked. I called out to them, but they continued to rattle the door. I had to call reception to come down to remove this person.
Loved the location, the pool was the centre of the cottages allowing for great conversations and interaction with both guests and staff.
The hotel is 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ but had absolutely everything we needed. Yes, it is a little tired but it is traditional Bali accommodation and great value for money.

Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool/garden/restaurant area.. Plenty of eating options in the street outside of the hotel. Good supermarket next door.
The pool and the staff. It is very quiet
The bathrooms are terrible getting into the shower which is over the ridiculously huge bath coloured terracotta was quite difficult for me being a little older. Bit all the rooms have a smart tv so we were unable to access things like YouTube etc

We were informed on the day of arrival that we could not have twin beds as requested. The rooms could do with sprucing up.

I liked the staff . The size of the pool and size of my room but it’s very neglected
It needs maintenance in pool especially broken tiles everywhere . Only one ladder to get in and out , older people need more handles to hold onto to .
Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed the morning ceremony ritual performed by employee from balcony (backside)

We zijn hier voor de 5e keer geweest. Altijd een feestje om hier te zijn. Het is een klein paradijsje op een fijne locatie. De bedden liggen heerlijk en je hebt ruime kamers en het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Older style hotel. Large pool and adequate number of sun beds. Large rooms comfy beds. Upstairs balcony was spacious. Lovely gardens.
Bathroom very dated and for older folk a walk in shower would be better
