Cons:

Der Zimmerservice kam rein als ich unter der Dusche stand ohne sich vorher bemerkbar zu machen!!!
Das gleiche im Zimmer neben an bei meinen Freundinnen!
Ich habe richtig rumgemerckert!!!
Keine Ahnung was sie wollten weil die Kopfkissen und das Wasser haben wir bis zur Abreise nicht erhalten.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Auszeit. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, der gesamte Aufenthalt inklusive Dinner in der Brasserie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an das Personal.

Good in the past but no more
Pros:

i used to stay a lot in this hotel as good breakfast good kitchen and nice terrace
but was quite surprised that the standard deteriorated quite a lot during last 5 years. kitchen still quite good

Cons:

one of the reason why i booked this hotel is to enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace
we were told that terrace could not be opened as everything is prepared for some guest arriving for lunch at 11:00 (not understandable as a huge terrace)
so we ate in a dark breakfast room, had to ask to get bread and coffee was undrinkable

at 13;00 nobody arrived yet to sit outside

Overall, great stay. Will be back.
Pros:

We were there during a heatwave and the AC was great, kept our room cool and comfortable. Hotel had bottled water available to guests in lobby due to heat. They also provided a fan.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit flat.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles war sauber, Top Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit alle , was man braucht. Zimmer ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich war das Dampfbad defekt, somit gab es lediglich eine Sauna, kein Trinkwasser vorhanden und auch keine Möglichkeit, aus dem Spa Bereich das Personal zu erreichen.

Prachtig hotel met uitermate vriendelijk personeel.
Mooie kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt.
Centraal gelegen in de stad en vlotte parkeerservice.

Cons:

Teleurstellende wellness-faciliteiten.
Hamam werkte niet, kraan voor voetbad werkte niet, geen zout of scrub aanwezig, geen drinkwater voorhanden, geen jacuzzi.
Enkel de sauna was operationeel.
