Pros:

Sehr nettes, aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt. Dort wird täglich bis tief in die Nacht durchaus laut gefeiert. Das war uns so nicht wirklich klar.

Pros:

We were very impressed by the hotel. From the staff, to the facilities, the location, and in particular the sheer volume of art per square metre. I have been in many museums that were less impressive than De Medici in Dusseldorf.
