Pros:

The location was very convenient to the unimall and parking. The staff was pleasant, and the Onsen was enjoyable. Although breakfast was a bit pricey, we ate both the Japanese and Western items buffet, and I especially enjoyed the beef, onion, and bread dish.

Cons:

The carpets in our room looked a bit worn. Also, be sure to put your key in the holder by the door to get lights and AC on.

Comfortable stay at convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance from Nagoya Train station. There is an underground shopping street linked from the station to the hotel. There is a family mart at the hotel. The hotel lobby coffee machine serves matcha latte. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety too.

Pros:

Great location three blocks from the train station. An easy 5 minute walk, Excellent facilities. Staff efficient and helpful. Many interesting local eateries nearby.

Cons:

Our room was well-appointed but narrow and cramped which seems to be typical of modern Japanese hotel rooms. It was difficult to walk around and avoid luggage. Also the mattress was hard and rather uncomfortable. This also seems to be typical of Japanese hotel beds.

Pros:

離車站很近，若熟悉地下道走向，大段的行走都可以避開風雨跟太陽。只是若從地下走進名鐵駅，要注意入口有否電扶梯。

Belle expérience pour une première au Japon.
Pros:

Le personnel a l’accueil très courtois et sympa (même si certains ont eu du mal avec l’anglais), chambre propre et bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeuner, bonne situation géographique. Bon rapport qualité prix!
Literie au top, bonne isolation phonique.

Cons:

Le ménage quotidien pas toujours bien fait (je reconnais que je suis un peu maniaque :-) )
Pas beaucoup de places pour s’asseoir dans le hall d’accueil et avec odeurs de la cuisine qui peuvent déranger. Le lit collé à la fenêtre ne m’a pas dérangé car j’étais seule mais peut déranger si on est deux.!
