L'endroit, la piscine dans le jardin... magnifique

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu désuète

Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles,surtout à cause du restaurant malgré la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d'Antonio. Le sourire n'est pas sur tous les visages, manque de convivialité.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, top Service, tolles ruhiges Hotel in zurückgelegener Position hinter einem sehr schönen Park mit toll gelegenem Pool. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Räume im Erdgeschoß atmen Geschichte - sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Es ist zwar eine Haltestelle in der Nähe. Der Busverkehr wird aber am frühen Abend eingestellt. Taxen von Ortigia (Altstadt) sind recht teuer, da das Hotel doch recht weit außerhalb liegt. Wir sind immer Abends mit dem Auto gefahren und haben kurz vor Orgigia einen Parkplatz genommen. Das geht - ist aber nicht optimal.

Pros:

La possibilité de se garer dans le parc qui est très beau, la chambre est spacieuse et calme
La décoration ancienne mais cela va avec le style de l’hôtel

Cons:

Personnel pas très accueillant, le repas le soir très cher et servi sans accompagnement ou alors il faut rajouter 10€ pour une pomme de terre ou des petits pois….
Je trouve que cet hôtel reste très cher par rapport aux prestations

Could be better
Pros:

The breakfast was the best we had in our 2 weeks vacation around Sicily. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking inside hotel area was nice. Room was specious, lights were good, bed was big and comfy.

Cons:

It is such a nice place, but feels it is not taken care of and trying to look better than it is.
There were so many fallen dry leaves and bits of dirt lying around, and the hotel felt unfinished; there was minimal air conditioning or none at all—in the corridors. Our room was in a different building, so we had to walk a long way to the exit every time, as there simply wasn't another option. The cleaning staff would slam doors and shove furniture around so loudly in the morning that we would jump in our bed. The pool area was lovely, but again - poorly maintained, so it wasn't a place where you’d want to spend time. Plus, you aren't even allowed to have your own water by the pool; you have to buy it at the bar. It’s completely unacceptable.

Estremamente piacevole
Pros:

Villa storica con parco molto bello. Gli spazi comuni sono suggestivi e curati. Camere spaziose e nuove. Gentilezza del personale. Ottima colazione con anche cibi tipici.

Cons:

Della struttura assolutamente nulla, bisogna solo essere consapevoli che sono posizionati in una zona della città un filo periferica, con grande stradone davanti. Ma non si percepisce assolutamente, si è totalmente immersi in un parco molto bello e silenzioso.

Pros:

Accogliente, circondata da un bel giardino che la trasforma in una oasi di silenzio.
Personale gentilissimo e competente.
Il ristorante fa poche cose ma bene.

Cons:

Sono dovuto andare via alle 06.30 ed ho fatto la doccia alle 05.30: l’acqua era fredda! Probabilmente accendono la caldaia più tardi.
L’acqua della doccia è decisamente salata (pare che questo sia un problema dell’acquedotto di Siracusa).
Penso che una struttura del genere dovrebbe avere un depuratore. Costa ma dà qualità.
