Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La piscina pulitissima. Posto molto tranquillo vicino al centro. Ottima anche la colazione, con ampia scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato.

Upon arrival Simone at the front desk was welcoming and informative. He made sure we understood all of the amenities at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast had an immense selection of foods. You would be hard pressed to find someone who wouldn't leave feeling fully satisfied. The pool was lovely as well as the grounds. We would have been glad to have spe t many nights there jad we not been just passing through. Simone was helpful and cheerful with our many inquiries.

La piscina, la colazione, lo staff della sala molto gentile e cordiale, e una signora della reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Accoglienza scarsa, la camera che ci è stata data non era come quella che abbiamo visto in foto e non c'era neanche una bottiglia di acqua in omaggio in camere, nonostante fosse una superiore. Nei dettagli della mia camera ci doveva essere le pantofole mai viste,la tv doveva avere il satellitare e i canali pay per view e non c'erano completamente solo antenna.

Parco molto bello, che ti fa dimenticare di essere in città. Stanze grandi e letto comodo. Staff alla reception molto disponibile.

Cons:

Al ristorante ci hanno accolte anche se era tardi ma il maitre ha avuto un atteggiamento poco professionale (ad esempio, ha fatto commenti sarcastici quando abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti sul menù - chiarimenti che erano dettati da allergie alimentari)

Absolument tout était parfait !
L’accueil,le lieu verdoyant,calme,propre,joliment décoré.La gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil et au restaurant,la chambre spacieuse,literie très confortable.Le petit déjeuner est généreux et varié.Les mets proposés sur la carte sont d’une qualité exquise en plus d’être bons!
On se sent comme à la maison 😊
