Cons:

Cozinha péssima, embora o pessoal seja muito gentil. Não há restaurante o hotel e o prato levado com o serviço de quarto estava extremamente salgado para uma simples massa.
A limpeza do quarto também não agradou. O hóspede anterior fumou no banheiro e as toalhas que me foram deixadas e até o papel higiênico estavam com odor muito forte de cigarro, o que significa que não foram trocados.

Pros:

Impecable mi estadía en el Ritz Leblon.
Un hotel sofisticado, extraordinariamente ubicado y que transmite a sus huéspedes la misma calma y el mismo espíritu de disfrute que el barrio de Leblon transmite a los turistas. Excelente el personal. Impecable todo.
