Ce fut un très mauvais choix de séjourner dans cet hôtel. J’ai été trompé par la description publiée sur le site, qui ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. La chambre est sale et les angles des murs sont abîmés. Dans la cour intérieure, des poubelles sont installées et, tôt le matin, des bouteilles vides provenant du restaurant y sont jetées dans un vacarme considérable. On entend également des gens crier dans les escaliers, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement désagréable. Le petit-déjeuner est une véritable tromperie : rien n’est bio et le choix est extrêmement limité. J’ai demandé deux œufs au plat, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait que des omelettes. J’ai insisté, mais on m’a expliqué que c’était le règlement, car s’ils acceptaient de me préparer des œufs au plat, ils devraient également le faire pour les autres clients. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses quatre étoiles. La description publiée en ligne est trompeuse et ne reflète en rien la réalité. Je ne comprends pas comment un établissement peut être présenté de cette manière et bénéficier d’une telle classification. À part le lit et l’emplacement, tout est dégoûtant et de très mauvaise qualité.
Choosing this hotel was a very bad decision. I was misled by the description on the website, which is simply untrue and does not reflect reality. The room is dirty, and the corners of the walls are worn and damaged. There are rubbish bins in the inner courtyard, where empty bottles from the restaurant are thrown away early in the morning, creating a great deal of noise. People also shout in the stairwells, making the stay particularly unpleasant. Breakfast is a complete rip-off. Nothing is organic, and the selection is extremely limited. I asked for two fried eggs, but I was told that only omelettes were available. I insisted, but was then told that this was the hotel’s policy because, if they agreed to prepare fried eggs for me, they would have to do the same for other guests. This hotel does not deserve

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of historic Vienna.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of central Vienna. As I travel there for work, I always stay at Pertschy Palais. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they offer an excellent breakfast; and it has a certain "old world" charm.

Cons:

There could have been a few more amenities in the bathroom in addition to shampoo, e.g., lotion and conditioner; Q-tips, etc.

Pros:

I traveled to Vienna with my 10-year-old niece and chose the Pertschy Palais Hotel because it is within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit: the Museum of Illusions, Stephansdom, the Haus der Musik, the Mozarthaus, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and the Butterfly House. Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was decorated in a charming Viennese style of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Great stay, loved the reception staff.
Pros:

Great location, excellent reception staff, tea n coffee in reception to go.

Cons:

No a/c so room was quite hot but a fan was provided and could open windows, so it was fine for October. Think it'd be too hot in summer.
