大変良かったです。
Pros:

まずどこへ行くにも歩ける距離で立地が良く便利でした。お部屋が清潔に保たれていて、部屋の広さもちょうど良かったです。フロント階にフリードリンクや冷蔵庫があり良かったです。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。

Cons:

部屋に入るまでのドアと部屋のドアの鍵を手動で閉めなければならず、少々手こずったので急いでいる時にはドキドキしました。

Vil du bo centralt på hyggeligt hotel, er det stedet. Vi kommer igen.
Pros:

Ligger meget centralt ved gågaden. Kort tur til caféer, metro, kirker. der var utrolig rent, og hyggeligt med gammel stil. Værelser var store. Vi havde 2 enkelt værelser. Gratis kaffe i receptionen, (og en printer) kan anbefales, virkelig dejligt sted.

Cons:

Der er lydt, hvis du vil sove længe skal du huske ørepropper. Gælder mest rengøring, der begynder tidligt. Reception var meget parfumeret, men vi nuppede den gratis kaffe med udenfor. Så gik det så fint.

中心部に有り、ロケーションが最高でした。
何処にも徒歩で行けて、シェーンブルン宮殿とベルベデーレにだけトラムや地下鉄に乗りましたが3日間いる間最高のホテルでした。
レセプションにコーヒーマシンがあり、いつでも温かいのが飲めました。

立て付けが悪いのか、鍵がやりにくかった。

Pros:

Location was spot on, right in the centre, but lovely and quiet. I didn't take breakfast so cannot comment. It was clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were friendly too.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a mini kettle in my room, having to go to reception for my morning coffee wasn't ideal in a half awake state.

Perfect hotel for a holiday in Vienna
Pros:

Excellent location in the centre of Vienna with easy access to sights, restaurants, transport, etc. The hotel is in a lovely old building with a lot of charm but calm, quite and relaxing. The room was very large and more like a suite - clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and went beyond what you might expect. Breakfast was very good.

Hotellet er ganske sentralt ikke så langt unna Column of Pest, Hofburg på den andre siden og Stephansplatz. Ganske lytt mellom rommene. Du har minibar på rommet og kaffe maskin i lobbyen (gratis kaffe og te). Personalet er veldig hjelpsom. Mann kan drikke vann fra springen i Wien, men hvis du vil kjøpe vann, det kan du gjøre på Billa butikk like ved Domkirke. Det er mange kaffer, restauranter og butikker i området og berømte Demel café rundt hjørne. Anbefales!

Frokosten var OK, men tilsvarer ikke 4* hotell.

Positiv wäre die Lage des Hotels anzumerken.

Cons:

Man kann es euphemistisch mit morbider Wiener Charme beschreiben, oder eher ehrlicher : altbacken, abgewohnt, überteuert und mit dem Flair einer Jugendherberge.

Die Zimmer zum Innenhof hin biete keine Privatsphäre, da permanent Gäste direkt vor den Fester vorbeilaufen um über den Wandelgang zu ihren Zimmern zu gelangen. Vgl. Fotos.

Für das gebotene definitiv überteuert.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sicherlich das beste an dem ganzen Hotel, wenige Minuten am Stephansdom.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind altbacken und abgewohnt, wir allem die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß und bieten keinerlei Privatsphäre, da sämtliche Gäste direkt an den Fensternzum Wandelgang vorbeilaufen und direkt in das Zimmer blicken können. Dies mag für eine Jugendherberge akzeptabel sein, nicht jedoch für die hier aufgerufenen Preise.
