Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Ca. 7 Minuten zum Stephansdom und auch bei der Hofburg ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt auch gute Essen-Tipps. Einfach nachfragen. Ich habe gut geschlafen,die Betten sind gut. Das Frühstück ist gut gewesen.

Konnte nichts beanstanden.

Estuvo 1 día el ascensor roto y estábamos en 4to piso
Está evaluado como 4 estrellas pero considero qur está sobrevalorado.
El desayuno es apenas aceptable.
La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado.
Solo dejan jabón y no shampoo ni acondicionador.
Cuando caminas el piso rechina.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Vienna

Excellent location in the heart of Vienna, 4 min walking distance from StefanPlatz. Nice hotel that kept its old charm, nice decoration of the room. Very clean. Staff is present all day and reactive to requests (eg, printing boarding pass).

Cons:

No AC only a fan in the room, 35 degrees is unusual so I can understand AC is not so common in Austria... may be a portable AC would have been good in these extreme conditions.

It was incredibly hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air conditioning, and opening the window didn't help cool the room down. I was very surprised that it could be +18 degrees outside at night, yet still +30 degrees inside the room. It felt like the ventilation wasn't working at all.
