Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Multiple guests note rooms and bathrooms were clean and nicely renovated; generally reported as tidy and well kept.
Service
8.8
Staff are often described as friendly and accommodating (helped with early parking and polite front desk), though a few reviews mention cold reception or inability to resolve AC/room-change problems.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised as central and convenient for sightseeing with nearby restaurants and bars; considered a strong positive despite some mentions of the area being noisy or sketchy at night.
Room Quality
6.5
Repeated complaints about poor soundproofing and old/ill-sealed windows, noisy street, and some reports of broken or ineffective air conditioning — lowers room comfort significantly.
Amenities
7.8
On-site/underground parking is repeatedly highlighted as a clear plus; however, lack of breakfast/tea/coffee, occasional elevator issues and absent room service reduce the amenities score.
Value for Money
7.5
Many find it a decent budget option with free parking and good location, but some guests felt overpriced when issues (e.g., AC, noise) occurred, producing mixed value perceptions.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Several reviews explicitly note there is no breakfast, no complimentary tea/coffee or water availability — consistently cited as a lacking service.
Overall Experience
9
Overall stays are described as pleasant for sightseeing (clean, well-located, good parking), but recurring noise and a few service/room issues temper otherwise strong positive experiences.

Overpriced with broken A/C.
Pros:

Location was close to the air show.

Cons:

The AC was not working and it was really hot when we entered our room. Front desk was unable to get us a different room since they were all booked up. And the staff were not able to get the A/C fixed

Cons:

The room where we stayed was VERY noisy at night. I asked for a quiet room & they offered an inside room for us but we didn’t get one.

Pros:
