Good location, but too noisy for me
Pros:

Very clean hotel in a safe area of San Francisco, within easy reach of the main attractions. The secure underground parking was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite worn and dated, as it is located in an old building. The biggest issue was the noise from the street. I paid extra for a quiet room, but unfortunately the windows provided almost no sound insulation. Vehicles were passing by during the night, and it was so loud that it felt like they were driving right next to the bed.

Pros:

Cow Hollow Inn is located on a busy street, but the traffic noise is not too noticeable in the rooms, so we had no trouble sleeping. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were excellent and very helpful.

The hotel offers free two-level parking, which is a great advantage in San Francisco. There are many different types of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but Home Plate is located on the same block and offers a huge selection of breakfast dishes.

Cons:

The bathtub could definitely have been cleaner. In both of our rooms, there were visible stains and marks caused by long-term water exposure, which made the bathtubs look unclean.

There was also a noticeable smell of urine in the stairwell. Homeless people apparently use the area near the side entrance as a toilet. The main entrance, however, was completely fine.

Posizione comoda per spostamenti nei vari punti da visitare.

Cons:

Camera sporca, bagno pieno di capelli e peli non nostri, abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venisse pulito nuovamente. Non c’è colazione.
