Centralissimo, bella vista, personale cordiale e disponibile, prima colazione buona

Cons:

Pulizia non stellare, forniture cortesie (come pantofole, vanity set, cuffia doccia) solo su richiesta giornaliera, asciugamani datati. Non accettabile per un 4 stelle e per il costo del soggiorni.

Photos better than reality.
Pros:

Nice staff, location by train station and CN tower. Bottled water was refilled every day in the room.

Cons:

Permanent leakage from the shower on the floor, too soft beds. Dirty floor around the pool, people swimming in t-shirts and shorts in the pool, no staff around. Large amount of foam in the hot tube, IR sauna not warm enough, just 36 degrees.

OK but would not stay again due to noise
Pros:

Proximity to lake and cn tower. Great roof top terrace and great staff serving. Decent breakfast but busy.

Cons:

Outside noise of cars revving. Horrendous at night. To be fair, not hotels fault BUT revving cars at midnight to 4am was very very loud. Air con was noisy too.

close to the upexpres from airport - walkable via skywalk in 5- 7 minutes

Mitigé au niveau personnel et tres bien au niveau emplacement

L'emplacement est vraiment genial
La literie est top
Les serveuses du restaurant le soir sont vraiment au top

Cons:

La propreté n'est pas au top au Socco où nous prions les petits déjeuners Le ménage et le rangement côté cuisine qui est un sacré bazar !
Le personnel un sur deux est top et d'autres sont tout juste aimables tant a la réception qu'au petit déjeuner

Pros:

Location is super close to CN tower. Downtown is accessible by the PATH - the undercover walkway to connect you to everywhere. The staff were amazing and the rooms and beds were super comfy for our family of 3.

Cons:

The room itself with bags for 3 people was a bit squishy, but I'm nit picking. It was great.

Large Room, Good Storage, Nice View
Pros:

We stopped here for 3 nights, bed only, on the first leg of a longer trip to Canada booked via an agent. Located next to the main railway station which meant it was easy to get to from the airport using a train with the CN Tower and Blue Jays stadium just over the road from the front door. A sizable room on the 41st floor, giving a partial view over the city, it was clean, warm, with a large comfy bed, even though it did creak a bit when getting on/off it. Only occassional noise from the street below, such as sirens or motor bikes and nothing from any neighbouring rooms or the corridorPlenty of storrage, with our 2 suitcases fitting easily in to the wardrobe, with a iron and ironing board. A coffee machine, small kettle, a fridge that was actually too cold, no spoons (we had taken our own) and only paper cups which were prone to leaking. The towels did seem to be of lower quality and found them to be somewhat rough and basic.
Other than check in/out, we didn't have much need to speak to any of the staff apaprtfrom house keeping when we asked them for so extra paper cups, on all occassions they we friendly, polite and helpful, we did have a bit of a surprise on our last morning when we were greeted by a window cleaner dangling on ropes outside our room when we pulled the curtains open (we did have a memo placed in our room the day before informing us it was being done).
