Palazzo storico con SPA magnifica
Pros:

Il palazzo e’ storico e splendido e la camera era spaziosa con un bagno molto ampio e comodo.
La SPA e’ molto confortevole con una piscina molto suggestiva

Cons:

Preferirei una stanza con buio completo (la mattina entrava purtroppo un po’ di luce). Suggerirei una temperatura dell’acqua piu calda nonché un maggiore controllo sugli ospiti che non mantenevano un silenzio adeguato (addirittura con videochiamate).

Pros:

Absolute class from first to last. Shout out to our friend Nico at the front desk, who made our short stay in Vienna so memorable. Service was impeccable. Room was elegant and refined. We will be back with our family, and we know exactly where to stay.
