静かな高原で心が休まりました
Pros:

スタッフの応対は丁寧でした。
部屋からの景色は高原らしく広々として静かでした。1階ロビーのドリンクコーナーはとても良かったです。部屋の水道水も癖のなく飲みやすい水でした。

Cons:

食事は特別感が無かった。ジンギスカンがあったけど、焼き肉ではなく煮ている感じでいま一歩だった。

ゆっくりできたし、お料理も良かったです。

Outdoor sitting area enjoyable.

Cons:

Can't use the coffee machine in lobby unless you have Kyukamura membership :(
Indoor onsen only. Can't enjoy the cool mountain air while soaking in the hot water.

ビュッフェ最高❕
Pros:

3年前4月4日に宿泊しました。
その時満開だった桜は、今年は、まだ咲いていなかったのが、残念でした。
しかし、夜のビュッフェは今までの西日本の国民休暇村の中では、最高でした。
3年前と違って良くなっていました。

Cons:

風呂からの眺めは良かったけれど、風呂がもう少し大きかったらより良かった。
以前帝釈峡の休暇村のように、ヤギがいたりしたら、もっと子供も喜ぶと思います。
