Pros:

In a side street, but at the same time in the center of area with many restaurants, stores and other facilities.

Ridiculously quiet that you don't want to wake up. Beautiful green area.

Cons:

That we stayed only 3 days in the villa.

最高！よかったので後半の宿泊も延長することにしました。
Pros:

人気のニョクニン通りにあるが人通りがない静かなエリア側なので、夜がとても静かで過ごしやすい（裏のヴィラから演奏などが聞こえてはくる）歩ける距離でカフェなども。スタッフさんたちの対応が柔軟で行き届いています。

Cons:

湯船の栓がしっかり閉まらないので、熱いお湯が半分くらいなくなった点。入りながら溜めればよかった。
シャワーの水圧も弱めなのが残念な点でした。

Value for Money bcz of Big Villa, Good Location, Good Staff, Kitchen with all facilities and unlimited drinking water.

Cons:

Villas are old, no hot water, even no water in one room. It is a old property and need maintenance. Private pool in really bad condition. Because of lot of greenery lot of mosqitos and insects. And our Villas was out of main property, so very far from reception.

Very happy with accommodation, would stay again!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning gardens at our villa with private pool, bedrooms were very good and clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Massage on site was very good value and very nice too.

Cons:

Bathrooms weren’t as good as the rest of the villa and water pressure and temperature was hit and miss when busy.

Pros:

Our cottage was lovely. Huge room, great facilities, large bath, great new shower. Right next to the pool. Huge (and I mean huge) breakfast included was a win.

Cons:

The outdoor seating was slightly uncomfortable.

Nice and clean with friendly staff and great fresh breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely villa that was clean and tidy. The rooms aren’t connected. You have to walk outside and upstairs to get to the second room in the villas. The showers are getting a little dated. But the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Showers. Old and tired. Our taxi driver was turned away by a sign on the entrance that said no bluebird taxis. So we had to organise a new taxi to the airport.

Pros:

I love my bedroom and the buthtub! After really cold winter in Poland it was like charging the body with good energy!
The room was really clean and full of natural light. Hotel is located in a silent area of Ubud. You can really relax and enjoy your time.

Les villas sont trop beaux.
On avait une villa avec deux chambres, en sachant que une chambre est en bas et l’autre et en haut, mais pour aller dans la deuxieme chambre il faut toujours passer par dehors. J’etais un peu inquiete car on a deux enfants de 10 et 7 ans, mais tout c’est bien passer :)

We stayed in a villa and overall had a good experience at Budhi Ayu Villas and Cottages Ubud by Mahaputra.

We liked the villa and the rooms — they were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh fruits every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was kept neat and tidy.

There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is very practical for small purchases. The hotel also has a small gym, a yoga area, and a dedicated massage room — all very convenient.

However, the location is not very walkable. There are no proper sidewalks, so to get to the center you need to take a taxi.

Overall, the villa would benefit from some renovation, as signs of wear are noticeable, especially in the bathroom. The toilet should be fixed more securely, and the shower definitely needs repair.

Cons:

The shower needs improvement — the water temperature constantly changes and the pressure drops, which is quite uncomfortable.

one day we asked for the pool to be cleaned, but it wasn’t done. Since there are many palm trees around, leaves and debris fall into the pool, so the water wasn’t very clean.
