Disappointed by the cleanliness. We didn't stay!
Pros:

The apology that the lady at reception gave me. Very heartfelt.

Cons:

We arrived to find stained and creased pillowcases on the beds like they hadn't been changed (the room attendant was full of excuses). The shower was mouldy and had calcium stains all over the floor and tiles. The pictures displayed on this app are misleading. We didn't even unpack. We just left. No refund.

Pros:

Central location in Atherton, within easy drive to local attractions. Room was clean.

Cons:

Our room had no windows, just a single opaque skylight, which took a bit of getting used to.

Short stay but enjoyed it.
Pros:

Room was large, quiet enough but we were there midweek. Clean bathroom, but water seemed to have stained it.
Had a couple on nice meals in the bistro. Bed was only average.

Cons:

Bed could have been a bit better, parking was a bit hit and miss.

Great other than the mishap in the first night. No problems with the actual accomodation facilities etc though.

Good location, cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Our first night the reception staff was not overly helpful. Was very disappointed with their lack of attendance/attention for even the most basic of requests.
