جميلة ولكن اجواء اسطنبول حاااااااره

الموقع ممتاز قريب من جواهر مول ولكن بعيد بمسافة 2.900 متر .. عن ميدان تقسيم .. جميع العاملين محترمين وودودين
الحجز غرفتين وصالة .. مساحتها جميلة ومقابل للفندق سوبرماركت كبير

لايوجد مطبخ صغير كما لا يوجد في دورات المياه شطاف .. كما ان

Pros:

the location was perfect and the rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff, Nusaiba and her sister were especially friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast did not meet my expectations and could be improved.

Cons:

In the Suites, the room had a kitchen, but unfortunately it was completely empty-there were no cups, glasses cooking utensils or even a cooker i expected to be able to prepare some meals for my kids, only a kettle for hot water and a tray with tea and coffee. so it was disappointing.

معاملة الرسبشن رولا لطيفه ومتعاونه جدا انا وعايلتي نجي هذا الفندق بس عشان رولا بهذا الفندق لان صراحه يهمني جدا المعامله والتعاون
ونسيبه بنت تنظيف الغرف طابق 4 لطييييفه وامينه

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Nasiba and Ms. Nargis from the housekeeping team for their outstanding work, kindness, and attention to detail. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
