Непогано, але ціна за номер комфорт я вважаю завищена

Гарне розташування та привітний персонал. Підземний паркінг + укриття, що нас і заохотило зробити бронювання

Cons:

Ціна геть не відповідає якості, в номері не було ні зубних щіток одноразових, ні набору ватний диск + вушні палички. Гель для душу був схожий на мило більше.
Сніданок був дійсно жахливий, взагалі не було вибору їжі, а те, що було, лежало обвітрене. З фруктів на вибір була слива та виноград…на мою думку це дуже і дуже мало.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and kind. Went out of their way to contact and help me. The location was ideal. Very central. The room was lovely. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Loads of space. The underground car park also acts as a bomb shelter in case of air raids.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe the TV could have more channels.

A terrible experience. we left after the first night despite having booked for an entire week.

Unfortunately, there was nothing we liked about this property.

Cons:

The hotel was a complete disappointment. Although we had booked a one-week stay, the experience was so poor that we decided to leave after the very first night. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception, no complimentary drinking water, and no basic toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel. The reception service was extremely poor, and the staff’s limited English made communication very difficult. Everything about our stay was negative. I genuinely cannot understand the positive reviews, as this property falls far below acceptable hotel standards.

Дуже комфортний готель практично в самому центрі Львова з привітним персоналом і смачною їжою.
Pros:

Шикарний готель практично в самому центрі міста. Підземний паркінг, що одночасно виконує функцію укриття. Номери зручні та ідеально чисті. Ввічливий персонал. Дякую за повернення шведської лінії на сніданки. Все самчно!

Cons:

Ціна за проживання на мою думку трохи зависока. Вища за готелі з аналогічним рейтингом в Європі (цього літа був в Кракові, Празі, там дешевше).

Pros:

Розташування готелю дуже зручне в самому центрі. Є піздемний паркінг укриття.
Проживали на 7-му поверсі, номер великий та просторий, є балкон з гарним видом на місто. Ремонт в номері якісний все в хорошому стані. В номері є все необхідне: стіл, крісло, міні бар. Ліжка зручні та комфортні. Поруч готеля є ресторан. Санвузел компактний з душовою кабіною, є фен та все необхідне.

Cons:

Паркінг був зайнятий, нажаль потрібно оплачувати міський паркінг щоб залашити авто.

Якби не персонал, все було б жахливо. А так вони все рятували)

Неймовірний персонал.

Cons:

Не сподобалось майже нічого, жахлива шумоізоляція, прокидалися від того що починали говорити сусіди, доводчіки на усіх дверях затягнуті настільки, що чули закриття кожний дверей на поверсі, а після Києва таке відчуття що ППО працює... Матрас на ліжку у формі дуги, сніданки на свої кошти взагалі ні про що... В номері 4 подушки і лише одна ковдра, дуже дивний розподіл. Фото на сайті не відповідають дійсності, ти дивишся на номери з балконом, а по факту це 50 сантиметрів від вікна щоб попалити, не більше... Телевізор в номері, напевно менший чим комп'ютерний екран...
