A very convenient and welcoming hotel, clean and functional. Room service is reliable.
Pros:

I liked the location and the friendly staff. It was also surprisingly quiet in the room and very clean.

Cons:

The furnishings were a bit dated, the carpet dated but clean and the chair worn and uncomfortable.

Reception and security people in the evening was not transparent when asked about the Korean restaurant in the complex(passed it on right after the gate) acted naive because they wanted us to use the restaurant in the Lodge

Bring the standards back Team!
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Hotel needs attention. Not the best Citi lodge anymore and the pricing is too high for the condition of the hotel. Housekeeping needs disciplinary action. Dodging room cleaning and flipping around room cleaning tags on doors. Was very disappointed in that.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nothing extra ordinary.

Cons:

Hotel only sells Thirst brand water which doesn’t taste nice. Also that water has higher TDS levels. Does not fit or is not suitable for that hotel.

Communication is key!
Pros:

1 out of the 3 people welcoming us was very friendly. I didn't catch his name. But thank you sir 🙏

Cons:

I was charged for 5 breakfasts where we specifically asked for just 3. 2 friends joined for just a coffee which we would've paid for additionally. But adding 2 coffees as a breakfast was a bit of an overkill.
