Adecuate. Not extraordenary

Breakfast menu looked exciting but too expensive
Cafe with a few ready made options would have been welcomed
Vending machine did not funtion
The fact that we did try to have a interleading family room did not work out so having to pay full price for kids under 12 was not favourable to us.
Would we have been able to be refunded for the 6th person that did not arrive and stayed ? ...and have a single room instead. They did not even try the option
