Excellent area! The river was only steps from our patio door. Highly recommend and would stay again! Elks also came to visit, so neat to watch them roam around. Staff was amazing and so helpful!

We were so blessed to have this time away from the grind, and the Woodlands exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

I liked the ease of check-in, how close parking is to your unit, the balcony overlooking the river, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When I booked, it said there was a pullout cough. So I expected my 2 small children to sleep on it. The couch was a normal, leather couch and there was a single cot in the closet. So we had to drive the hour back down to Loveland & get a blowup mattress. And then between the couch, a blow up mattress, and a cot, we had no walking space.
I also didn't like that you have to walk all the way around the property to get to the river, there weren't any stairs or access by our unit.

Very clean well-thought-out room. Exactly the location we wanted.

I’m surprised check out is 10 AM. We travel all the time and I’ve never seen that before.

Superb cabin and home away from home in Estes Park
Pros:

Superb location of a lovely, well-equipped cabin with superb view and balcony. Wish we could have stayed a little longer, but hopefully we will be back in the near future as hiking in the nearby RMNP is wonderful.

Cons:

A slight sound from the heating system in the bedroom, but nothing that disturbed our sleep.
