Good area. Lovely staff
Pros:

We loved the hot tub. Staff was so helpful and we took a lovely soak. The views from the downstairs and location were lovely. The area near here is absolutely lovely and I'd love to spend more time some day.

Cons:

The fact that there is no elevator here and our room was upstairs wes not convenient. There was no staff to help us with luggage. This might have been somewhere on the website, but if yes, I missed it.

Lieu de charme au bord du Saint Laurent
Pros:

Très bons équipements (piscine, jacuzzi, spa...), personnel très sympathique, ambiance générale dans les espaces communs, jardin donnant directement sur le Saint Laurent, grande chambre spacieuse et confortable avec balcon.

Cons:

Prix assez chers notamment au bar et au restaurant. Protections de jacuzzi pas évident à enlever et remettre.

A wonderful place outside and inside
Pros:

Nebst der herrlichen Lage am See war unser Zimmer im 3. stock grandios. Es gäbe absolut nichts auszusetzen an diesem Raum. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir haben leider kein Abendessen dort erhalten können, weil der Tag der "Wirtesonntag" war.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen, man könnte sich vorstellen dass ein Waren/Gepäcklift irgendwo angesetzt wird um das Treppensteigen mit schweren Koffern zu eliminieren und auch dem Personal das Wäscheschleppen zu erleichtern. Die Treppe hat 4 Stufen, dann Absatz, sodass das hinauftragen zwar mühsam, aber mit etwas mehr Zeitaufanwand machbar ist, auch mit >70. Aber der Wunsch ist wohl berechtigt.

Für andere Zimmer mag Kritik angebracht sein, für unseren Aufenthalt in unserem Zimmer war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit bereit und "cosy".

L’emplacement unique au bord du Lac St Pierre, l’accueil par les employés de service et le rapport qualité prix du repas.

Cons:

La chambre qui a besoin d’une mise à niveau. Actuellement style années 90. Manque de fonctionnalité avec l’ameublement, prise de courant pour connexion, porte savon, tablette et autres dans la salle de bain.
L’unité d’air climatisé directement au dessus de la tête de lit… vraiment pas génial. Lit moyennement confortable.

A Lovely and Tranquil Hotel at good proximity to many lovely outdoor places.
Pros:

Lovely room and great views to the garden's and river area. Tranquil in so many ways. Restaurant pleasant with helpful and friendly staff. Walking around the hotel a pleasure. Pool / jacuzzi add to the tranquil experience

Cons:

Some TLC on handles and switches is needed. Overall nothing else. Difficult to find any other main fault or issue.
