Pros:

The price and location were good.

Cons:

There is no security or attendant to report hotel issues to overnight. There was a party of 20ish people making noise, screaming, laughing, yelling that went well into 4:00 a.m. Little children were running up and down the sidewalk of our first floor room outer corridor room. We tried to call the hotel number with no success of reaching anyone. The next morning we went to the office promptly. The attendant agreed and acknowledged the problem and put in a request that at minimal the first night stay be refunded. We were moved to another unit and it was better but little did we know.
We bought $130 in groceries in which we were unable to cook because the gas to the stove was shut off. The outdoor grill did not work. We had to salvage what we could of the food we bought by attempting to use a partially operational grill near the front of the hotel. I was assured that Carmen the hotel manager would call. 2 days after arriving home and I have still not heard from her.

Siempre rentaba este alojamiento pero mi última experiencia fue mala la piscina llena de gente ruidosa el aire acondicionado a pesar que vinieron a revizarlo desde el primer día en la noche se apagaba contastememte el portón de entrada era un ruido insoportable en la habitación del lado

Excellent, central location to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Worth it for a one-night stay near the airport and beach.
Pros:

Location next to Hollywood Beach and cost made this worth it. Some beach accessories available. Really close to the airport.

Cons:

Front desk response by phone was hit or miss, mostly miss (went to voicemail or not physically present when needed). Refrigerator was clanging all night long - ice clogging fan in freezer part. Cooling system didn't work.

Pros:

The location was great! Only steps away from the beach and places to eat. Since were getting off a cruise ship I asked to have them store our luggage until we could check in. They did give us an early check-in which was super nice.

Cons:

The bath towels were super thin and the pool towels smelled like they haden't been washed in a while.

Location was very close to the beach…just a one-minute walk. Also loved having 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

We had no hot water . The wi fi is terrible the fridge doesn’t get very cold so wouldn’t risk putting and food in it and there is no security as unfortunately came during spring break so had groups of teenagers screaming and shouting to each other outside our room late at night and although the pool isn’t supposed to be used at night that didn’t seem to matter didn’t feel very safe here

Not quite what i expected for the price .

Nice and close to Beach ,restaurants ,stores.

Cons:

Not really under the control of the hotel but the noise all day from the loud lous speaker and specators and paddles next door at the pickel ball courts was awful. It went on all day . Also very loud people yelling around the pool at 10-11 pm which was only a few feet from our room . There didn't seem to be anyone in charge of this place once the office closed. We needed to be up early for a flight. Hotel very dated Pool furniture a mix and match .. The Gate to pool area was propped open with rock or brick . Surely a safety hazard for young children .

Pros:

Location was perfect. Friendly staff at both the front desk and tiki bar. Didn’t use the pool but it appeared inviting. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Great place to stay and great people watching on the boardwalk.

Cons:

It’s a nice place as is.
