Good Hotel, Great People
Pros:

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located near the convention center, Disneyland and restaurants. Yesenia and Verenice were awesome hosts; they were extremely friendly and attentive .

Great stay everything was amazing. Would recommend to others.
Pros:

Everything was great from the rooms to the staff as well as the breakfast. Definitely would book here again. My family loved staying here. The rooms are very modern & clean with a good view. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was always friendly.

Cons:

I guess the only thing I’d complain about was how small the pool area is. Other than that everything else was great.

Inexpensive spot near Disney
Pros:

Sheets had a blood stain upon arrival, some staff was amazing while others weren’t helpful and lacked customer service skills. Location to Disney was good.

Staff is amazing, wood floors in the room is everything, place is clean and convenient.
Pros:

I love the staff the two Yesinas that work the front are amazing and gave my daughter bubbles a balloon and Minnie ears, they have been awesome each time I’ve stayed there and remember us. I love that the rooms have wood floors it makes the place so much cleaner.

Not suitable for solo or business travel
Pros:

Good breakfast but no soundproofing to connecting rooms so I do not recommend this hotel for solo travels as it is full of families with young children.
