Lovely stay in San Francisco
Pros:

Stayed here to see a Giants game at Oracle Stadium. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The best I've had. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Bedbugs so my kids got bit up.

Cons:

The pool was not heated. There were tons of bugs in the Jacuzzi. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. The walls are very thin.

Pros:

The room provided us all we needed comfortably. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection. Distance to Disneyland was perfect and the location to other restaurants was good.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Excellent customer service, great breakfast options and very clean. Short distance walk to Toy Story parking lot for shuttles to Disney and the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Rooms, Confusing Arrival
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the food is decent. The biggest challenge is finding the property. Parking can be confusing because you need to use the second driveway, not the first, and your room key only works at the Hyatt gate. There are no clear signs indicating you've arrived at the hotel, and with three hotels sharing the same parking lot, it's easy to end up at the wrong one if you're not paying attention.

Check-in can also take a little while since the front desk staff often assist guests at the bar located next to the lobby. That said, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Pro tip: If possible, shower in the evening. During my stay, there was little to no hot water available in the mornings, and my showers were consistently cold. Also, plan a few extra minutes if you're heading to breakfast. The elevators are slow and tend to be busy during the morning rush, so waiting 3–5 minutes isn't uncommon.

Breakfast is good but fairly basic, with eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, and other standard options. It's enough to get your day started.
