Habitacion excelente muy grande y bien mantenida, limpia y con todo lo necesario, la cama muy grande y comoda, baño en excelnetees condiciones, limpieza diaria, cambio de toallas, agua caliente muy bien y todo lo necesario para descansar luego de trabajar. La recepcion y el restaurant abierto 24 horas es muy util cuando llegamos tarde en la noche. El personal muy amable dia y noche. Los esteriores muy lindos disfrutables. Y mucha seguridad lo cual me hizo sentir protegida en el hotel. Muy recomendable para mi mujer que viajo sola por trabajo.

Everything! This hotel would be my first choice upon returning to Kenya. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location in Westlands, very clean with large comfortable rooms which have nice counter space for luggage and toiletries, lovely garden area for reading or private conversation and easy access to transportation. This hotel comes highly recommended.
Just one night a graduation event played loud music
later than 10:00pm so it was a bit hard to fall asleep that particular night.
The Hotel is located in a Quiet area.
Easy to get around
Location beautiful immersed in the green, excellent breakfast.
Nothing major but if there is anything to raise then the shower could be improved.

I truly enjoyed my stay at West Wood — a quiet retreat in nature where the food was heavenly and the staff so friendly. Coming back after 9 years was the best decision, and I’m glad I did.
I only wished there was a lift, though the staff went out of their way to carry my luggage — truly thoughtful service.
The staff was great and the overall service was wonderful!
Breakfast took forever but staff was very accommodating and kind... It didn't matter in the end. The forest feel/view and monkeys kept us entertained. Hehehe
